The cleanliness of the apartment was relative, but what was unacceptable was the torn sheet on the double bed and completely unacceptable: stained sheet (it was washed, but there were many red stains left) in the second room. Velmi nas mrzi situacia s postelnym pradlom, bohuzial nemali sme od slecny, ktora apartman pripravovala informacie, ze doslo k takemuto poskodeniu v ramci profesionalneho cistenia v cistiarni. Skoda, ze ste nam to hned nenahlasili, okamzite by to bolo vymenene. Tieto nedostatky uz boli odstranene a hned dalsi den sme zakupili niekolko uplne novych plachiet. Bohuzial pri profesionalnom cisteni, ktore vyuzivame niekedy dojde k znehodnoteniu, napr. uz sa nam stalo, ze sa teplom roztopili umele cvoky, ktorymi sa spaja postelna bielizen. Samozrejme cistiaren nedba az tak dokladne na neposkodenie a tieto veci sa velmi tazko reklamuju. Spojim sa s Vami telefonicky a som ochotny Vas za tieto neprijemnosti kompenzovat.
