Excellent location. Pleasant accommodation. Close to the TEZ bus stop. Near the center within walking distance. Beautiful view from the terrace. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely come back here. The only thing we missed was air conditioning.

For me, an excellent location just a short distance from the bustling center of Smokovec, but in an absolutely quiet area, and I like short evening walks to the center of activity. Beautiful apartment, nicely furnished, size for 2 families with children is a bit small, a second toilet would be better. But – great price, owner communication, etc... even one of the rare accommodations we’ve been to that had a step and a toilet seat for kids – that’s really great. We do have some minor downsides: the bed wasn’t prepared for the second married couple – only as a single bed, after realizing it could be expanded, we were relieved. But it should have been prepared with sheets, duvets, etc. And the kitchen – it hasn’t happened for a long time that basic things like oil and sugar weren’t available. It’s custom to leave these durable items behind, not throw them away. There was salt, pepper, coffee, teas, and a capsule coffee machine. Also, in winter, a mop is missing – we didn’t manage to stop the kids in shoes at the entrance :-), so we had wet socks later. Otherwise, I appreciate the amount of small dimming lamps, which are rare, and so we bring our own. The morning views from the bed of the rising sun thanks to the glass balcony railing – you want to experience that. And if you have an early riser, you will experience it despite electric external blinds, because by sunrise they are already rolled up :-) I give 5 stars for the equipment, because half a star would only be lowered. Everything else was really great and we warmly recommend it.

The apartment was great. It was beautifully equipped, everything matched what was stated on the website. Communication with the owner was very friendly.
