The accommodation is on the top of a hill, beautifully new, with an amazing view. The joy of the experience is spoiled in the summer season by the fact that the apartments have no air conditioning/ nor screens (the sun shines there all afternoon and a cat kept coming in). You can only get to the apartment by cable car, the last ride is at 6:00 PM (they print you a ticket for one ride up and one down, you get them in an envelope); if you want dinner (if you don't want to cook it in the apartment), you must be there by 5:00 PM to avoid cold food. The dinner menu is the same every day; you can only tell them what you prefer, but don't expect anything special for such a nice accommodation; in my opinion, it's quite poor. You should also bring something to drink; the restaurant and bar are open until 6:00 PM. Breakfast is okay, though don’t expect anything healthy or homemade. The canopy walkway has an overpriced view—children and adults can slip on the dry slide if they are at least 130 cm tall for 5 EUR. (No discount for guests.) For me, it’s a waste of money; once you get up and pay for the cable car, you can just look at the Tatras from there. There's a children's playground at the top; (no discount for guests) adults pay entrance too, even though they don’t need to be there except to supervise a child. Reception staff are all young and unable to answer questions or handle problems. We stayed 5 nights; the ski storage room was heated the whole time, no one came to turn it off or fix it, the display was cracked. Neighbors paid for a whirlpool in the next apartment; two days before arrival, they were told it didn’t work (it hasn't for a while). The alpine coaster doesn’t work despite the online advertisements. (It won’t work anymore.) For us, a big disappointment; we have no reason to return.
