A friend arranged the cottage with the owner for 11 people. We arrived at the cottage on Friday evening at 9:00 p.m. Friends who came earlier had prepared food for goulash and started a fire. We came late because of work. We were glad to see each other after a long time, so we chatted, drank some beer, and cooked goulash. Regarding noise, we even laughed that we were starting to get old because we were so quiet. I don't know how you imagine a cottage with friends, but coming at 9 p.m. on a Friday and just greeting friends and wishing them good night seems a bit strange to me. I wouldn't say if we were making noise, shouting, singing, or having loud drunken talks, but if talking is prohibited, then I really don't know. Then this accommodation should be for families only. The next day, we went hiking to Sulov Castle and met many nice people along the way. When we returned around 5 p.m., the owner told my friend how we were and that the neighbors complained about noise, etc., and that we should have gone to solitude in the mountains instead. I also don't understand why the owner didn't tell us to be quiet immediately on the evening we disturbed the night peace but instead spied on us from the window. Also, I don't understand what you meant by saying you had to endure us for two nights... So the customer is "endured" by you; then why are you doing this business and renting out your house? The first night we made goulash and talked in the garden; the second night we disturbed you when we were sitting inside watching football and hockey?? And then went to sleep? Did you also mind my friend's snoring? I woke up on Sunday at 6 a.m. to a child jumping, stomping, and shouting above me. I could have been unpleasant and complained, but I didn't, and do you know why? Because I saw it as a child playing... It’s called tolerance. I could have also thought I came on vacation to the mountains to rest and not to hear noise at 6 a.m. Also, it hurt me that you asked my friend when we planned to leave on Sunday because you wanted to go swimming in Rajecké Teplice. That doesn't seem like fair customer relations. I felt like, please, I want to swim on Sunday, so I hope you'll be gone by then... I don't want to harm you... I just wanted to say your approach is not quite compatible with your type of business. Thank you.

We were watching football in the living room IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR SATISFACTION in the evening, for which we were rewarded at half past six in the morning by your children's stomping and shouting. We really didn't need to travel 350 km for this. No one will bow down to you for their money. And don't think you look cleaner just because you dumped on us - typically Slovak... Please, don't make it worse.

This is the first cottage we've had problems with, though we've been to many others. Those soiled chairs could have been peed on by your garden dog at best, certainly not by us. Everyone should draw their own conclusion; I wish you many customers!

Then PLEASE don’t complain that YOU have to live there! (although you say you’re not there...) and an approach like: "You probably didn’t read the rules..." and "You should have lived outside the village" will not attract customers either - what kind of approach is that to a customer?! PS: I hope you paid all taxes for all 11 people, not just for the 4 who showed you their IDs... responsibilities, right?
