Translated: I really appreciate the communication and willingness of the owners. We arrived early but were accommodated without any problems. They were pleasant and accommodating before, during, and after the stay. We chose this lodging mainly because of the nice apartments and private wellness, which was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the apartments were already taken, so we had to choose the Economy room.
The portal did not have information that the room was cheaper due to higher noise levels (this definitely should be added). Coincidentally, at that time, several families with small children were staying at the guesthouse, so the noise was quite significant. However, this is something the owners can’t control. But for us, it prevented full relaxation because you could hear everything. In the evening with the light on, you could even see into the room, and given its location (near both entrance doors), it was quite unpleasant. Therefore, I would recommend replacing the curtains with opaque ones. Next time, I would definitely choose an apartment upstairs, and I believe there would be nothing to complain about because the location, room equipment, kitchenette, and wellness are truly perfect. It is also a great choice for multiple families who can have the entire house at their disposal.
The surrounding area has beautiful nature, ideal for hikes, and it’s also close to Pieniny and the Tatras. It might not hurt to improve and modernize services in the region a bit. The spa and the whole area deserve renovation.
Original (Slovak): Veľmi oceňujem komunikáciu a ochotu majiteľov. Prišli sme skôr, ale bez problémov nás ubytovali. Boli príjemní, ústretoví, či už pred, počas alebo po pobyte. Toto ubytovanie sme si vybrali najmä kvôli pekným apartmánom a privátnemu wellness. Ten bol absolútne úžasný. Bohužiaľ apartmány už boli obsadené, tak sme boli nútení zvoliť izbu Economy.
Na portáli nebola informácia o tom, že izba je lacnejšia z dôvodu vyššej hlučnosti (určite by to tu trebalo doplniť). Zhodou okolností boli v penzióne v tom čase ubytované viaceré rodiny s malými deťmi, a teda ten hluk bol značný. To je však niečo, čo majitelia nevedia ovplyvniť. Nám to ale znemožňovalo plnohodnotný oddych, keďže počuť bolo naozaj všetko. Večer pri zapálenom svetle aj vidieť do izby a vzhľadom na jej polohu (pri oboch vchodových dverách) je to ozaj nepríjemné. Preto by som odporúčala vymeniť závesy za neprehľadné. Určite by som nabudúce volila apartmán na poschodí a verím, že by nebolo čo vytknúť, lebo poloha, vybavenie izieb či kuchynky alebo wellness, všetko je ozaj perfektné. Rozhodne je to tiež skvelá voľba pre viaceré rodiny, ktoré môžu mať takto k dispozícii celý dom.
V okolí je krásna príroda, ideálna na túry + je odtiaľ blízko aj do Pienin či Tatier. Možno by nezaškodilo trochu zlepšiť a zmodernizovať služby v regióne. Kúpele a celý areál by si zaslúžili renováciu.
