The Bocza Cottage is an ideal place for a holiday for a group of up to 10 people. Whether you are a larger family or a group of friends, everyone will have enough space to relax in the cottage. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one room with two double beds and a sofa. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom with a toilet, while the cottage on the ground floor also has one shared bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The property includes a living room with a TV, fireplace and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, convection oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle) with a dining area, where you can prepare your own meals. The advantage of the cottage is a hot tub with a whirlpool and a sauna, where you can completely relax and unwind. You will be able to use free internet connection, storage for bicycles and skis with a ski boot dryer. There is a seating area under a pine canopy and in the wine cellar outside. There is a grill with briquettes, a kettle, a fireplace and 3 parking spaces.

Chalupa Bocza is located in the village of Nižná Boca, in the Liptovský Mikuláš district. You can take a trip in the area to the Miner's House, the Dead Bat Cave, the Stanišovská Cave or the Liptovský Hrádok Castle. Liptovský Ján with its spa, the Mini Slovakia park and the Svätojánská lookout tower is also worth a visit. You will also have the famous Liptov tourist attractions such as Liptovská Mara, Demänovská Caves, Vrbické Pleso within reach and also excellent conditions for hiking in the Low Tatras. During the winter season, you can go skiing in Jasná, Vyšná Boca, Polomka or Bystra.
