Chalupa Novosedly nad Nežárkou

The Novosedly cottage is fully furnished like a family house 3 + 1 and accommodates 8 guests. The bedroom is equipped with 4 beds, the second bedroom upstairs has 3 beds, and the living room has 1 bed, a sofa, and a television. The kitchen features a large oven where you can try cooking as it was done in the past, a kitchen countertop with equipment (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove with an oven), and an additional bed. Internet access is a given. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, fan, and a heated towel rack for drying. In the fenced garden, you can enjoy summer seating under the pergola with garden furniture and the option of grilling, as well as a sunken pool designated solely for guests of the cottage. There is plenty of space for parking your car near the cottage. You can bring a pet with you.

The cottage is located in a secluded area in the village of Novosedly nad Nežárkou, near the village of Jemčina, amidst beautiful nature in the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area in South Bohemia. You will be delighted by the scenic countryside nearby with numerous ponds, and the river Nežárka flows not far away. The surroundings are interwoven with cycling trails and forest paths ideal for hiking trips. The forest and woodland paths can be used for hiking, mushroom picking, and blueberry gathering. Take a walk through the vast forest complex of the former Jemčina game preserve with a hunting lodge, which now houses a restaurant. A visit to the historical sites of Jindřichův Hradec with its extensive castle and chateau complex (which you can combine with swimming in the water park) or Třeboň with its chateau, Pond Svět, and the Schwarzenberg mausoleum, the Ema Destinnova castle in Stráž nad Nežárkou, or the more distant Červené Lhoty, Landštejn, or Hluboká nad Vltavou will certainly excite you.
