How does it work when checking in?

If an unannounced visit is detected, a fine of 10,000 CZK is charged or the stay may be terminated without compensation for a gross violation of the accommodation rules.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit is not refunded (even for health reasons of one of the guests). The only exception is government regulations, when accommodation services and cottage rentals or travel are not allowed.
Deposits and deposit maturity dates are set so that the client can change his mind and in case of a possible cancellation of the stay, the amount of the cancellation fee is not disproportionate to the loss of income of the landlord.
