A magical wooden house with a large garden. Silence and relaxation in nature. Chalupa u Žofky is located on the outskirts of the village Oščadnica - Švancarovci by the forest and on the mountains. Wooden house sleeps 10 people (of which 2 are extra beds) in 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, 2x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Stay with a dog is allowed for a fee. This rental is equipped with sauna. Outside you will find fireplace, gazebo, outdoor seating, terrace, cauldron, garden swing and grill. The beautiful Cottage near Žofka is a guarantee of a real idyll in Kysucie. It has undergone a complete renovation, thanks to which it is like new and offers you comfort at a high level. It consists of two apartments and the building is rented as a whole, ideal for two families, so there is no need to worry about sufficient privacy. In both apartments, you will find a four-bed room with an extra bed, a bathroom with a toilet and a kitchenette, in which there is an electric oven and a double plate, a lever coffee machine, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. The interior of the cottage is complemented by a spacious common room where you can sit undisturbed by the fireplace or play table football. You can find a TV with magic connection in every apartment, and there is also a tap in the kitchen next to the common room. You can enjoy perfect relaxation in our infrared sauna. Around the building there is a fenced plot with two parking spaces and a landscaped garden where you can sit on the terrace, a field with soccer goals and a net for volleyball or badminton. Children will enjoy the swing and trampoline, and they can also take care of the bunnies that the owners keep for the children. The large gazebo will delight culinary lovers. Here they can prepare specialties on the stove or grill.
The cottage has barrier-free access, WIFI internet connection, electric heating and solid fuel heating in the fireplace, and it is possible to stay with a pet. In the neighborhood there is a similar wooden house Chalupa pod lipa, where 2 more families can stay.
Cottage u Žofka is located in a quiet location in the village of Oščadnica in Kysuck near the Rača hill in the Kysucké Beskydy. From it, you can easily reach the popular ski resort Snow Paradise Veľká Rača, which also caters to cross-country skiers. During the summer season, the resort stands out with its bobsleigh track, ropes course, bicycle park and many other attractions for all age groups. You can also reach the Kysucká highway, which is ideal for the development of cycling. In the summer months, you can use the new swimming pool in Čadec, 15 km away, while the Vychylovka Kysu Village Museum brings you closer to the traditions and unique architecture.

They can take care of the bunnies that we have in the garden area in a separate area. In winter, they build various igloos from snow, which is abundant at this altitude.
