Chalupy na Majeri are located on the outskirts of the village Malatíny - Nižné Malatíny by the forest and by the stream. 3 cottages sleep 37 people (of which 6 are extra beds) in 8 bedrooms (8 bathrooms, 8x WC). Object description
We offer you rest and relaxation in our cottages called Chalupy na Majeri, which are located in the idyllic village of Nižné Malatíny. Our three cottages are located on a large plot of land. They will provide you with space for rest and relaxation, as well as sports activities. For our guests we provide a large swimming pool, a sauna, a gym with weight machines, table football, billiards and table tennis. For children and adults there is a large playground, sandbox, trampoline and swing. Each cottage is different.
The cottage by the stream is a romantic wooden house with a total capacity for 13 people. It has three attic rooms /4 + 4 + 2/. There is space for an extra bed in each room. The beds can be combined as desired. The cottage has a living room with a double sofa bed connected to the kitchen. There are two bathrooms with a toilet. The common room has a fireplace and a TV with satellite reception. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, microwave, electric stove, kettle). Around the house there is a large covered terrace, a gazebo with a fireplace and a grill.
The cottage on the hillside provides an old rural atmosphere. It was a farmhouse, which we know under the historical name: Andaházy family mansion. It has two large, spacious rooms. Each room has 4 beds.. Each has a bathroom with a toilet. The rooms have a TV with satellite reception and a fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, solid fuel stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). . Around the house there is a large terrace. Next to the house there is a gazebo, fireplace and grill.
The cottage, which we call Sýpka, began to write its history in the mid-17th century. We renovated it in 2019. It has a touch of history, but also provides the comfort of modern living. On the ground floor there is a large common room with a TV with satellite connection, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric stove, solid fuel stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, air conditioning) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and automatic washing machine. On the first floor there are three four-bed rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The cottage has its own gazebo with a fireplace and a grill.
Each cottage provides guests with privacy and has its own large space around it. They are surrounded by beautiful nature. The cottages can be booked individually or together for a large group and for several families. They are suitable for teambuilding /corporate/, family meetings and school trips. We prefer families with children or groups of people who want to relax in the silence of a picturesque village and beautiful nature.
Cottages on Majeri are located in the beautiful surroundings of Liptov, in the village of Nižné Malatíny, which are a good starting point for a trip through the Ľupčianska Valley, to the mining settlement of Magurka, but also to the Salatín hill in the Low Tatras. Cyclists and lovers of water fun will also find their place in its surroundings, who have the Gino Paradise Bešeňová aquapark, the Bešeňová and Liptovská Mara water reservoirs, Tatralandia Aquapark /18 km/, Aqua Vital Lúčky /10 km/. Winter sports are offered by: Ski Park Malino Brdo Ružomberok /15 km/, Ski Center Jasná /20 km/, Ski Center Opalisko /18 km/. Tourist destinations: Prosiecka, Kvačianska Valley /10 km/, Choč /8 km/, Magurka /12 km/, Žiarska Valley /20 km/, Demänovská Ice Cave, Jaskyňa Slobody, Važecká Cave. History: Havránok – old Celtic settlement /8 km/, Liptov Castle /8 km/, Likava Castle /15 km/, Vlkolínec /Unesco/ 20 km, Articular Church in Lazisko /7 km/. Near the cottages you will find a stylish hotel restaurant, a pleasant bar with a terrace and a wellness center with a swimming pool.
