Chata Baločka offers accommodation with a total maximum capacity of 8 people year-round. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a fireplace and a utility room. Part of the living room is a folding sofa with the possibility of a bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dining table for 6-8 people and a sufficient amount of kitchen utensils and cutlery. There is also an automatic washing machine and dryer in the utility room. A large TV is a matter of course. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor. Two rooms have double beds and televisions, and the third room intended for children is equipped with a folding bed for two people. In addition to the shower, the upper bathroom also has a bathtub.

The newly built chalet Baločka (approval 12/2019) is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Čierny Balog under the Low Tatras, right in the center of the ski resort Ski Urbanov vrch, in the district of Brezno, just 100 meters from the lift. Here, both beginners and advanced skiers will come to their senses. The famous Montenegrin Railway runs nearby, which children will especially enjoy. You can discover the beauty of the Vydrovo Forest Open-Air Museum, and I also recommend visiting the Bystrian Cave, the Cave of Dead Bats, as well as climbing the Ďumbier or Chopok hills. Nature lovers can go hiking to Predajniansky waterfalls, to Klenovský Vepor, Hrb, or to the Zbojská mountain hut with the opportunity to buy delicious homemade buns. You can also have fun riding a horse on the nearby Sihla, as well as picking mushrooms and forest fruits. In the summer, you can refresh yourself at the swimming pool in Podbrezová or in the water reservoir Krpáčovo.
