The magical cottage Emka offers 13 guests modern and at the same time comfortable accommodation with many original details. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while in the second you will find two single beds with a couple of extra beds, and the third bedroom offers four single beds and one extra bed. Two additional beds are available in the common room, along with a fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD player and board games. This part is also connected to a terrace with seating, while in the attic you will find a balcony. The cottage also includes a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, as well as a kitchen with two refrigerators with an evaporator, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Tassimo coffee machine, a mixer and a dining area. An infrared sauna allows you to relax right in the cottage, and there is also Wi-Fi internet connection, a ski storage room and electric heating. The cottage is surrounded by a nicely landscaped plot with a covered garden grill, a pizza oven, colorful children's houses in the shape of mushrooms and a tree house with a slide. There are three parking spaces right next to the building, staying with a dog is allowed for a fee and upon agreement with the owner, and you can use recreation vouchers here. A unique accommodation service is the possibility of using a two-seater electric scooter, making it easier to get to know the beautiful surroundings. Only one group of people can be accommodated in the cottage.

In the exterior you can use the sitting area, grill, fireplace, children's playground, and the advantage is also an infrared sauna and an outdoor whirlpool.

The cottage Emka is located by the stream, in the bosom of the captivating Orava nature, not far from the foot of the Choč hill and the natural curiosity of the Vyšnokubín Rock. More specifically, you can find it between the villages of Vyšný Kubín and Leštiny in the Dolný Kubín district. You can visit the Upper Manor in Vyšný Kubín, the articular wooden church in Leštiny and the Memorial House of Martin Kukučín in Jasenová. Relaxation by the water is possible at the Aqua Vital park Lúčky and Aqua Relax Dolný Kubín, while fans of winter sports will have their fill at the Skipark Racibor and Kubínska hoľa resorts. You can also climb Veľký Choč hill, take a Chočská cycle tour, walk along the Dolný Kubín - Srňacie trail or visit the spectacular Orava Castle.
