Negatívum vidím v neporiadku na chate pri ubytovaní, priamo v chate sa v čase nášho pobytu nachádzalo množstvo hmyzu (lienky). Na terase nám chýbal nábytok na sedenie, ktorý je na fotografiách. Celkovo chata pôsobí na fotografiách nádherne a veľmi sme sa na ňu tešili, ale za nás prezentované fotografie nezodpovedali realite. Rovnako u nás absentovali nejaké atrakcie pre deti, v čase pobytu nebolo nič k dispozícii.

A bonus of this cottage is the seating on the terrace from the living room where we enjoyed breakfast and morning coffee. An even bigger bonus was the wooden gazebo where a pot for cooking goulash was prepared, a grill rack, and plenty of wood that kept us warm until late at night. Overall, the cottage is equipped with all necessary kitchenware for cooking.

Translated: Thank you for your review. First of all, I would like to state that we never buy reviews and certainly do not pay for withholding negative feedback as you requested upon departure. That was a purposeful demand we have never encountered before from guests. I will not comment on the points you mentioned in your review; readers can form their own opinions about the situation.
I will note that you spent a week with us, during which you complained only once about the dishes, which we promptly replenished/replaced the very next day (we didn’t debate whether your complaint was justified, as it is subjective, and we tried to meet your request as soon as possible regardless). When asked repeatedly throughout the week if everything was fine, you gave no further complaints or reports.
Upon departure, you depicted the situation as a disaster, criticized many things, and said that at this price you could have stayed at the Grand Hotel. Which might be true for a stay of 2 persons, but you were a group of 12. While being compared to Grand Hotels is flattering, it’s like comparing apples to oranges; we are a wooden chalet under a forest and never claim perfection. We accept criticism, but we have a problem when someone hardly complains at all during their stay (even though they are invited to address issues anytime), and after the stay, in a very unpleasant and almost offensive way, raises multiple issues and threatens to leave negative reviews unless given a discount, followed by an email requesting a substantial refund. We would have gladly offered you a discount without objections, as our goal is not to take money from our guests and never see them again. However, that would have been if you had reported at least some of the issues you mentioned upon departure during your stay. Respectfully, given the above and the way some of your group members made these demands, it didn’t seem fair to us and came across as very biased and purposeful with the aim of demanding a refund.
Generally, a satisfied customer rarely needs to write about a good experience; others, whom the host may not please fully, seek revenge or relief in exaggerated reviews. Which case this is, each reader can judge for themselves.

Original (Slovak): Dakujeme za hodnotenie. V prvom rade uvediem, ze si recenzie nikdy nekupujeme a uz vobec neplatime za neuverejnovanie negativnych hodnoteni ako ste pri odchode pozadovali. To bola ucelova poziadavka, s ktorou sme sa este u hosti nestretli. Komentovat body, ktore ste uviedli vo Vasom hodnoteni nebudem, na danu situaciu nech si urobia citatelia vlastny nazor.
Uvediem, ze ste u nas stravili tyzdnovy pobyt, pocas, ktoreho ste za cely cas namietali len jednu vec a tou boli riady, ktore sme hned na druhy den doplnili/zamenili (neriesili sme ci je to opravnene alebo nie, je to subjektivna vec, snazili sme sa Vasej poziadavke bez ohladu na to co najskor vyhoviet). Pri odchode ste situaciu vykreslili ako jednu katastrofu, vycitali X veci a uviedli, ze za danu cenu ste mohli byvat v Grand Hoteli.Co by mozno bola mozno pravda v pripade pobytu 2 osob, Vy ste boli 12 clenna skupina. Sice nam porovnavanie s Grand Hotelmi lichoti, no je to porovnavanie hrusiek s jablkami, nehrame sa na luxusny hotel,sme zrubova chata pod lesom a nikdy netvrdime, ze je vsetko dokonale. Prijat kritiku nemame problem, problem ale mame s jednanim, ze niekto cely cas nenamieta takmer nic (hoci je pri prichode vyzvany tak kedykolvek urobit) a po pobyte velmi neprijemnym az ofenzivnym sposobom namieta X veci a vyhrazne vyhlasi, ze ocakava zlavu, lebo inac nam napise negativne recenzie a nasledne este mailom pozaduje vratenie zasadnej ciastky. Bez akychkolvek namietok by sme Vam zlavu poskytli, nasim cielom nie je totiz vytiahnut z nasich hosti peniaze a viac ich nevidiet. Bolo by to ale v pripade, ze by sme od Vas mali pocas pobytu hlasene aspon nieco z veci,ktore ste na nas vysypali pri odchode. Pri vsetkej ucte,v kontexte vyssie uvedeneho a s prihliadnutim na sposob akym to niektori clenovia Vasej skupiny pozadovali, nam to vobec neprislo ako ferove jednanie a cele to vyznelo velmi tendencne a ucelovo s cielom pozadovat vratenie vyssej sumy penazi.
