Chata Liptov Residence

Our modern Chata Liptov Residence is located in the picturesque village of Liptovský Ondrej, in the heart of the Liptov region, surrounded by beautiful panoramas of the Tatras. Thanks to its location on the outskirts of the village, it offers privacy and peace, while all the attractions of Liptov are literally within reach. The modern style, jacuzzi and fitness room make this cottage an ideal place for relaxation and an active holiday throughout the year.

The cottage provides comfortable accommodation for 13 people and is available all year round. It is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and passionate tourists looking for a stylish setting near the Tatras. The main part of the accommodation is the living room, where you will find a comfortable couch and a fireplace, which will make your evening atmosphere more pleasant. You can shorten long moments by playing board games or watching an engaging film or series. The space also includes a dining area and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In the basement there is a common room with a sofa, CD player, board games, darts and a fitness zone for active athletes.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric and microwave oven, gas stove, ceramic hob, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and dining area. For a peaceful night's sleep, there are four elegant bedrooms - one with 2 beds, one with 3 beds and two with 4 beds. Each of them is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, two separate beds or a bunk bed. Some also have a balcony with a view of the surrounding landscape.

Three rooms have private bathrooms with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Everyone can use one separate toilet. For perfect relaxation, our jacuzzi will serve you, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest after a day full of activities. For the youngest tourists, we are happy to prepare a cot for a fee. They will also be delighted by the children's corner with toys. Stays with dogs are allowed with us. Of course, there is a connection to the WiFi network throughout the property.

Outside, there is a terrace with outdoor seating and a garden swing. You can use the grill and fireplace to prepare your favorite sausages or sausages. You can prepare a delicious traditional goulash in the cauldron. The spacious garden provides ideal conditions for playing football and various sports activities. Children will have fun on the playground with climbing frames, swings and trampoline. A pleasant bonus is the ski storage room and garage. We have reserved seven parking spaces for your vehicles with the possibility of charging an electric car.

Summer and winter in Liptov offer a variety of experiences - from trips to the nearby Tatras, cycling or visits to the Tatralandia and Bešeňová aqua parks. Popular walks include Žiarska chata, Háj-Nicovô, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset, or the Liptovský Hrádok Castle and Manor House. In winter, you will appreciate the excellent skiing conditions - the nearest resorts Jakubovany, Žiar - Dolinky and Račkova dolina are just a few minutes away by car, but nearby you will also find the famous resorts Opalisko, Demänová or Žiarce - Pavčina Lehota.
