Very nice, spacious, and clean cottage with a great playroom, a ready keg of beer, and very helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

What program would you recommend to your guests in case of rain?
In bad weather, you don't even have to leave the house. In the basement of the cottage there is a games room where young and old can have fun. In one part there is ping-pong, darts, table football and in the other part there is billiards with seating. There is also a cold tap, we can provide beer.
In addition, there are many board games for all ages at the cottage.

What activities do you recommend to your guests around the cottage?
Directly from the cottage you can take short walks to the surroundings, e.g. to the Bell Tower at Marunov (30 min), or to the settlement of Jánošovia, where Juraj Jánošík was born (60 min). Alternatively, for the more fit, there is a route from the cottage over the hill to Jánošík's holes - a full-day trip.
If you are a good cyclist, you can start touring the hills from the cottage, the less fit can drive from the cottage to Terchová and there connect to the Cycling Trail to Žilina.

For children, there is a spacious grassy playground at the cottage - trampoline, swings, sandbox, house with slide, train and lots of toys.

You can relax in the wellness center at Pension Vŕšky in the center of Terchová (up to 10 minutes by car), at Hotel Rozsutec in Vrátna (10 minutes by car), or at Jánošík's Yard in Zázrivá (about 15 minutes by car).

Check-in is usually from 2:00 pm, in the summer season from 3:00 pm. Guests are usually welcomed in person; if we are not present, the key is left in a key box and instructions are given in advance.

Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival or during the stay. We require a 20% deposit upon confirmation of accommodation.
