| Detailed information on prices: Záloha za ubytovanie - požadovaná pred nástupom na pobyt. Možnosť využitia rekreačného poukazu cena je uvedena Bez Dph. Výrivka nieje v cene pobytu. V hlavnej sezóne (letná a zimná sezóna) preferujeme pobyty na 7nocí (nedeľa-nedeľa) Záloha za ubytovanie: Rezervácia pobytu v chate Studnicka je považovaná za záväznú až po uhradení zálohovej platby za ubytovanie a jej pripísaní na účet prenajímateľa. Vratná kaucia/depozit za objekt: Kaucia/depozit za objekt je splatná pri nástupe na pobyt. Kaucia bude vrátená na účet hosťa najneskôr do 3 dní od ukončenia pobytu, po bezchybnom odovzdaní a skontrolovaní celého objektu prenajímateľom. Prenajímateľ kauciu nevráti, resp. vráti iba jej časť v prípade poškodenia alebo odcudzenia inventáru, znehodnotenia objektu, prípadne straty kľúčov. Prenajímateľ si vyžaduje právo skrátiť alebo celkom zrušiť pobyt hosťa bez možnosti vrátenia kaucie, alebo jej časti, pokiaľ hosť bude svojim správaním porušovať dohodnuté pravidlá (Ubytovací poriadok) a tiež pokiaľ sa budú v objekte Studnička nachádzať iné osoby, ktoré nie sú riadne prihlásené na pobyt.Pri zistení porušenia tohto pravidla si majiteľ uplatní zmluvnú pokutu, zdržujúcu sa tam bez oznámenia majiteľovi. V cene pobytu je zahrnuté záverečné upratovanie. Pre viac nocové pobyty ponúkame možnosť výmeny posteľnej bielizne, uterákov a kompletné upratovanie za doplatok 50 € k cene pobytu. Pravidlá Preferujeme: Rodiny s deťmi, Starších ako 35 rokov Neakceptujeme: Hlučné oslavy a párty, Partie mladých ľudí, Domáce zvieratá, Fajčiarov Storno podmienky Pri zrušení rezervácie viac ako 60 dní pred nástupom na pobyt, neúčtujeme žiadny storno poplatok. Záloha Vám bude vrátená v plnej výške do 3dní od písomného stornovania pobytu, na účet, z ktorého bola záloha poslaná. Pri zrušení pobytu v lehote 39-21 dní pred nástupom na pobyt si účtujeme storno poplatok vo výške 50 % zo zaplatenej zálohy. Pri zrušení pobytu v lehote 20 - 0 dní pred nástupom na pobyt si účtujeme storno poplatok vo výške 100 % zo zaplatenej zálohy. | |
