Chata Terezka Zázrivá is located in the village of Zázrivá near the forest and a creek. The wooden cottage accommodates 11 people in 4 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, 2 toilets). Accommodation is available exclusively for you. Staying with a dog is not allowed. Facilities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, and massages. Outside there is a gazebo, cauldron, terrace, garden swing, outdoor fireplace, grill, campfire, and outdoor seating. Accommodation is suitable for families with children; a children's pool, toys, sandbox, baby cot, high chair, playground, trampoline, climbing frame, children's swing, play corner, and slide are available. Friendly cottage Terezka offers year-round accommodation with a total capacity of 11 people. There are two double rooms available, as well as a triple and quadruple bedroom or two bathrooms with shower and toilet. In the common room there is a TV with satellite connection, a CD player, board games and a comfortable, spacious couch. The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bar counter and a large dining table. You can relax pleasantly in the sauna, indoor pool or during a massage. Your children will enjoy the children's corner and playground, trampoline and sandpit. Adults will have fun playing table tennis, football and electronic darts. You can sit outside in the gazebo, near the fireplace with the possibility of grilling, and enjoy your morning coffee on the glazed terrace. Five cars can be parked right next to the building, from which you can easily reach the bus stop, restaurant and grocery store. A WiFi internet connection is available and, if interested, also a cot or a chair. Recreational vouchers can be used in the cottage, which are reimbursed by the employer.
Terezka cottage is located near the forest and the Zázrivka stream in the village of Zázrivá. The village is part of the Dolný Kubín district, the Žilina region and the pleasant environment of Orava and Mala Fatra. Tourists will definitely appreciate the surrounding mountains and hiking trails through forests and mountains. We recommend you to visit Jánošikove diery, Veľký Rozsutec or Tiesňavy in Mala Fatra. In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the ski center Ski centrum Kozinec, Ski fun Hruštín or in the Ski park Kubínska hoľa. In the summer, you can try rafting on the Orava River, and the AquaRelax water park in Dolný Kubín offers relaxation by the water.

Everything was clean, prepared.. we stayed for 5 days and still didn’t manage to use all the possibilities the cottage offers. You don’t have to worry about getting bored in bad weather, definitely not. The owner was very kind and willing to help. We will surely return in the future because we didn't get to explore the beautiful surrounding area. We definitely recommend it.

The kids had a blast with ball games, on the playground, trampoline, and the owner even prepared a small pool, which was perfect refreshment for the kids. Although it rained one day, it wasn’t a problem because the cottage is equipped with two kids’ corners inside, and there’s a great gazebo by the cottage that you can fully close off. The owner was very kind and accommodating, even offered us excellent cheeses, and nothing was a problem. We really liked it and will definitely come again.. we were all satisfied.. so I definitely recommend :)

Deti sa vybláznili pri loptových hrách, na ihrisku, trampolíne a pán majiteľ nachystal aj malý bazén čo bolo perfektné osvieženie pre deti. Síce nám jeden deň pršalo ale vôbec to nebol problém nakoľko je chata vo vnútri vybavená dvoma detskými kutikmi a pri chate je skvelý altánok ktorý si môžete cely uzatvoriť. Majiteľ veľmi milý a ústretový, ponúkol nám aj vynikajúce syry a s ničím nebol problém. Veľmi sa nám páčilo a určite ešte prídeme..všetci sme boli spokojní..takže určite odporúčam :)

2,8 Translated: If I hadn’t already stayed at 9 different cottages, 7 of them wooden, I might have believed that such walls were okay. But I understand, you had to save. And cleaning should be provided by the renter. It's always like that everywhere, and we were always told that we left the place tidier than others. You pay to relax. If I wanted to clean, I’d stay home. And having a small bin for normal waste in the bedrooms is completely natural. But now we know we have to ask about things like the walls too. We're not strangers, we know each other, we’re friends. But even if I was there with my parents and brother, everyone definitely needs privacy. At least in the bathroom ;)
Original (Slovak): Kebyze som nebola uz na 9 rozlicnych chatach z toho 7 bolo z dreva, tak by som aj uverila, ze take steny su v poriadku. Ale chapem, trebalo usetrit. No a upratovanie ma snad zabezpecit prenajimatel. Vsade to tak je a vzdy nam povedali, ze sme nechali az prilis velky poriadok oproti inym. Clovek si to plati, aby si oddychol. Ked budem chciet upratovat ostanem doma. A v spalnach maly kôš na bezne odpadky su uplne prirodzene. Uz vsak vieme, ze sa musime pytat aj na take veci ako su steny. Nie sme cudzi ludia, pozname sa, sme priatelia. Ale aj keby som tam bola s rodicmi a bratom, tak urcite sukromie potrebuje kazdy. Minimalne na zachode ;)

- the whole upper floor is wooden and creaks a lot; every step is heard and woke everyone up
- there were holes in the walls allowing seeing from one room to another – the owner definitely needs to fix this
- there is only one bathroom for 11 people
- steep and dangerous stairs to the upper floor, so we only went upstairs when absolutely necessary and mainly used the lower toilet, which is very small
- there was no lock key for the bathroom and toilet, and the doors had glass panels
- 2 rooms for two were tiny and one didn’t even have a wardrobe; sockets for charging, for example phones, were missing
- lamps were missing in the rooms
- rooms could not be locked
- there was no bin in the rooms (not even a small one)
- some mattresses were very hard – we slept poorly
- too little toilet paper

- medzi izbami sú steny iba z tenkého dreva a je počuť aj tiché rozprávanie z izby do izby resp. medzi všetkými izbami a to nám dosť znepríjemnilo pobyt a nikde sme sa s tým ešte nestretli, rušilo nás to a jeden pár kvôli tomu šiel dokonca o deň skôr domov
- celý vrch je z dreva a veľmi to tam praská, každý krok je počuť a to budilo všetkých
- v stenách boli dierky cez ktoré bolo vidieť z izby do izby - toto by mal majiteľ jednoznačne odstrániť
- kúpeľňa pre 11 ľudí je len jedna
- prudké a nebezpečné schody na poschodie, preto sme tam chodili len nevyhnutne a využívali hlavne dolné wc, ktoré je však veľmi maličké
- v kúpeľni s wc a ani na dolnom wc nebol kľúč na zamknutie a dvere boli so sklom
- 2 izby pre dvoch boli malinké a v jednej z nich nebola ani skriňa, chýbali zásuvky na nabitie napr. telefónu
- na izbách chýbali lampičky
- izby sa nedali zamykať
- na izbách nebol kôš (aspoň maličký)
- v niektorých izbách boli veľmi tvrdé matrace - zle sme sa vyspali
- málo toaletného papiera

I'm sorry you confused our cottage with a hotel. I think it’s quite clear from the photos that it is a wooden attic cottage, and since our wood creaks like any other, I can't do anything about that. Regarding the wall thickness, even if you put thicker walls in the wooden attic, you’d still hear everything. Regarding the missing locking keys, I can only say that our cottage is intended for people who know and trust each other, not strangers who just group together to save money.
The 2 mm gap caused by wood drying has already been filled.
Room and bathroom keys are available on request because several times kids have locked themselves in rooms, bathrooms, or toilets and then I had to break the lock to get them out.
Regarding the bathroom and sockets, when I handed over the cottage, I told you there’s a shower available in the wellness room, and sockets are available in the 4th room (4x), 3rd room (4x), 2nd room (3x), and the other 2nd room (1x), but someone would have to listen when I explain things (I explained everything twice since you didn’t arrive together and couldn’t share the information because you didn’t know each other). Just like you missed the above information, you apparently missed that you need to clean after yourselves the fireplace, cleaning the grill grate, kitchen countertop and stove, and I won’t even mention the toilets. I thought in the 21st century people know what brushes behind toilets are for.
Regarding the stairs, yes, we have traditional miller’s stairs (like most cottages) with anti-slip strips and a safety gate on top. All doors have tinted glass through which you can only see shadows.
There were lamps in each room, but since they were often damaged, I stopped putting them in the rooms.
Regarding bins, if you find 6 bins for the cottage (not including 3 large bins in front of the cottage and one large bin in the gazebo) too few, I don’t know what else to say. May I ask if you even have a bin in your bedroom at home? If someone is too lazy to walk a few meters to throw garbage into a bin in the hallway, I don’t know what to add.

Mrzí ma, ze ste si splietli našu chatu s hotelom. Myslím si, ze na fotkách je dosť jasne vidno, ze sa jedna o chatu s dreveným podkrovím a nakoľko aj naše drevo pracuje a vŕzga ako každé iné, tak s tým nic neurobím. Co sa tyka hrúbky stien, tak aj keby ste dali do dreveného podkrovia hrubšie steny, tak by ste aj tak vsetko počuli. Na margo toho a tých chýbajúcich kľúčov na zamykanie Vám odpoviem, len toľko, ze naša chata je určená pre ľudí, co sa medzi sebou poznajú a dôverujú si navzajom a nie pre cudzích, co sa dávaju dokopy, len aby ich vyšiel pobyt u nas lacnejšie.
Ta 2 mm škára, ktorá vznikla vysušením dreva je už zarobená.
Kľúče od izieb a kúpeľni su na požiadanie k dispozícii, pretože niekoľko krát sa nám stalo, ze sa deti zvnútra izieb, kúpeľne, alebo WC zamkli a potom som musel cely zámok rozbíjať, aby sme ich dostali von.
Čo sa tyka kúpeľne a zásuviek, tak keď som Vam odovzdával chatu, tak som Vam povedal, ze máte k dispozícii aj sprchu vo wellness miestnosti a zásuvky máte v 4-izbe (4x), 3-izba (4x), 2-izba (3x), 2-izba (1x), ale to by musel niekto aj počúvať, keď mu niekto niečo hovorí (dvakrát som Vam vsetko vysvetľoval, kedže ste neprišli spolu a nevedeli ste si posunúť informácie, kedže ste sa nepoznali). Podobne ako ste nezachytili vyššie uvedené informácie, tak Vam zjavne ušli aj tie, že treba za sebou upratať krb, vyčistiť grilovaci rošt, kuchynskú linku so sporákom a o WC-kach ani nehovorím. Myslel som si, ze v 21. storočí ľudia vedia na co slúžia kefy za záchodom.
Čo sa tyka schodov, tak áno mame klasické mlynarske schody (ako vo väčšine chát), na ktorých su nalepene protišmykové pásiky a hore je bezpečnostná zábrana. Na všetkých dverách su tónované skla, cez ktoré vidno len tiene.
Lampičky boli v každej izbe, ale nakoľko často dochádzalo ich zničeniu, tak som ich prestal dávať do izieb.
Čo sa tyka košov, ak Vam pripadá 6 košov na chatu ( a to nerátam 3 veľké koše pred chatou a jeden veľký kôš v altanku) málo, tak už neviem. Ak sa možem opytat, ci aj doma máte kos v spálni? Pokial je niekto lenivý a nevie prejsť pár metrov, aby vyhodil smeti do koša na chodbe, tak už neviem.
A čo k tomu viac dodať.

Original (Slovak): Boli sme ubytovani v termine 20.6 - 24.6.2012.Ubytovanie kraaasne a co je velmi dolezite ciste, priestranna spolocenska izba, velka (v letnom obdobi je vyhodou) vyborne vychladena komora hned pri spolocenskej izbe. Obrovskou vyhodou chaty je jej prekryta terasa okolo celej chaty, cize aj v dazdi sa da krasne prejst na obidve terasy v suchu. Boli sme velmi spokojny, velmi sa nam pacilo. Kto stravi pobyt na tejto chate, neolutuje, vrelo odporucame. A neda nam nespomenut velmi prijemnych, priatelskych, ochotnych a zlatych domacich pani a pana Smiškovcov s ich synom Lukášom.
