+ The cabin is in a nice location, well furnished, clean, well equipped. + Sauna. + The owner was accommodating, for example with a late check-out from the cabin. - The warm water smelled like mineral eggs and although we tried to increase the boiler temperature, it didn’t improve. It was quite unpleasant. Probably the water is mineralized or slightly contaminated with sulfur bacteria. There was no smell from the cold water, so the problem is in the boiler and water quality. - The cabin was hard to heat, even though we tried to heat it reasonably but only by the fireplace. We only had a heater on downstairs in the dining area and bathroom, but the temperature in the morning was around +14°C and we had to use the air conditioning. This resulted in a fairly high electricity surcharge for 3 days. The sauna heater was only on for 2 hours. It would be good to warn on the website that the cabin is hard to heat in winter and takes longer. - People with mobility problems and seniors may have quite a problem climbing the stairs upstairs. We are mobile but going up and down the stairs was quite demanding. We haven’t seen such high steps between stairs in other cabins. - It would also be fair to remove from the website the information that there are 2 rooms upstairs. There is one connected room with open wooden partitions. This isn’t a problem for 2 people or a family but could be quite unpleasant for two couples. - It would also be useful to warn customers that chains are necessary in winter. Our car managed the hill, but many cars we saw during our stay simply couldn’t make it up the hill.
