There are two buildings with seven rooms in total, offering 21 beds, 2 extra beds, and one baby cot. They are situated on a spacious plot by a stream on the edge of the village. The peaceful location and fencing ensure absolute privacy for guests.

The smaller cottage is perfect for guests seeking romance, relaxation, who enjoy spending free time in nature, or simply want to experience moments with family or friends in a cozy cottage with a charming atmosphere. The smaller cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 people in one double room and one four-bed room with a TV and the option of two extra beds in the attic. The rooms offer nice views of the garden or the picturesque village from the balconies. The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace. There are two bathrooms with toilets and one shower in the building. Fast fiber-optic internet is also available. Guests can use the outdoor seating area with a grill and park directly at the property.

The larger cottage is for everyone who loves relaxation in a true cottage setting. This chalet with a capacity of 15 beds is an excellent place for larger family or friendly gatherings. Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere on the covered terrace or spacious balcony with a romantic view of the garden. The pervasive touch of history and the scent of wood enhance the feeling of staying in an authentic cottage. The building has five stylishly furnished rooms: two double rooms, two quadruple rooms, and one triple room that is also a walk-through. The baby cot is located in one of the double rooms. The cottage has 3 bathrooms with toilets and 3 showers, two of which are directly in the rooms. Guests can prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a large dining table, and a private bar. A popular place for socializing is the spacious common room with a TV, sofa, children's corner, and board games. The facility is complemented by fiber-optic WiFi internet, parking directly at the cottage, and a room for storing skis and bicycles. There is also a large gazebo with an outdoor fireplace and grill.

The cottages stand on a vast property dominated by a grand entrance gate and a tall hedge of decorative thuja trees. The garden includes coniferous and fruit trees and shrubs, a manicured lawn, and a babbling stream flowing through the property. The area is ideal for families with children who can enjoy a large playground for football, volleyball, or badminton. The garden features a large fire pit with seating where guests enjoy the atmosphere of an authentic barbecue under the stars. The youngest guests are not forgotten; they especially enjoy the children's playground with a sandbox, swing, slide, and trampoline. Guests also have access to sun loungers, blankets, grills, a copper cauldron for goulash, and parking directly at the cottage.

The cottages are located on the foothills of Roháče – the Western Tatras in the picturesque village of Oravský Biely Potok, situated in the heart of Orava. The village lies in the Skorušina Mountains, in the so-called Cold Valley, where visitors enjoy many hiking trails nearby in the summer and plenty of skiing, sledding, and other popular winter sports in the winter. A bus stop, grocery store, and pub are located very close to the cottages. The location of the cottages also serves as a starting point for many nearby attractions.
