Translated: What is written and shown online absolutely does not correspond to reality. Upon opening the cabin, there was a stench throughout the entire cabin, the so-called "kitchen" equipment is a complete disaster. 1 teaspoon, 1 table knife, almost nothing in the cupboard, no hot water tap in the kitchen. The bathroom toilet wobbles, you are afraid to even sit on it, no sink or towels as stated online. The shower stall needs cleaning from limescale, the highlight is the so-called "window" where glass is missing and it is covered with a sack of potatoes. Inside there are cobwebs, spiders, and other bugs. What is described as a terrace is a few dirty benches and a table, mess outside around the cottage, and the grill? Yuck.. The photos online should be updated so people don’t get shocked! And finally, both we and the neighbors were told there would be no one else here, which we later found out was not true. We are not demanding regarding accommodation, really we can sleep anywhere, but cleanliness is essential. And this accommodation lacks cleanliness.

Translated: We stayed this July. Family with children and a daughter in a wheelchair. Accommodation was clean, the owner was helpful and answered all questions. A bit cramped, but we managed even with the wheelchair user. A few steps before the entrance were no problem. The kitchenette was small but had everything necessary. We stayed for a week and lacked nothing. The swimming pool was perfect for all age groups, animators every day, music, aquagym three times a day. We fully enjoyed it. Local dining, toboggans were great. We basically went to the cottage just to sleep. The children did not want to leave. So thumbs up from us. Thank you.

Translated: If you are looking for a pleasant, cozy accommodation in Dolná Strehová as we found, these cottages by the water I highly recommend with all my heart. The cottages are directly in the area of the swimming pool, which was a big plus for us as families with children. We really liked that the cottages have their own sanitary facilities (toilet, shower) directly inside the cottage, so no getting up at night and walking to a common toilet across the whole campsite 🙂. The cottages were nice, clean, kitchen corner and bathroom too, beds made, duvets clean and fresh-smelling. The kitchen for this style of cottages surprisingly well equipped with everything needed for a few days for comfortable functioning. The cottage owner is very kind, helpful and supportive in everything. At the swimming pool, services are great, children's programs too, so we parents could relax with a good cold beer. Summary: those looking for pleasant accommodation for summer aiming to enjoy warm, sunny days at the swimming pool and have privacy in private accommodation, this is a great recommended choice at a very reasonable price. We have stayed here twice and will come again this year.

Translated: Never again, unfortunately. The cottage is nicely photographed, but unfortunately, the reality is different. It is very cramped there, cobwebs and spiders everywhere even in the cutlery drawer. Walls dirty, small wardrobe, broken shelf, moths in it and it smelled musty... Weak fridge performance, freezer doesn't work at all, no hot water in the kitchen. Dirty toilet, mold under the carpet, the shower was last cleaned when it was installed, and showering was a nightmare, no water pressure!!! The cottage is just for show outside, and only from the front, but unfortunately, the reality is different. I do not recommend at all; better to pay extra and have a quality stay!
