We appreciated the equipped kitchen, we lacked nothing; we even made coffee in the morning with the coffee machine. We ate comfortably at the large kitchen table and also appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one with a large wardrobe. Underfloor heating was also very pleasant. We felt at home. We will definitely come back, we even extended our stay.
The bus stop was right by the house, and many ski resorts were nearby.

Ocenili sme vybavenú kuchyňu,v ktorej nám nič nechýbalo, dokonca sme si ráno mohli spraviť aj kávu z kávovaru. Pohodlne sme sa najedli pri veľkom kuchynskom stole, ocenili sme aj 2 kúpeľne a aj 3 spálne, v jednej z nich dokonca veľký šatník. Kúrenie podlahové tiež veľmi príjemné. Cítili sme sa ako doma. Určite sa sem vrátime, pobyt sme si dokonca predĺžili.
Autobusová zastávka bola priamo pri dome, blízko sme mali veľa lyžiarskych stredísk.

However, we missed a grill. We bought meat for grilling and found out the gas cylinder was empty. We contacted the host and he just said he wasn't available. No effort to fix it. The second wood grill was so dirty I wouldn't grill there even for a dog. So first find out if the grill is functional (which I think it should be if it is listed as equipment).
Another downside is the dog fee - 50 €/2 nights for a 6 kg dog, and besides that, we also paid 50 € for cleaning as usual.
The pool is heated, but the water wasn’t warmer than 25 degrees. Then the weather got worse, so we didn’t care anymore.
The accommodation is located near a busy road. It is especially unpleasant in the evening when you want to sleep with the window open.

Chýbal nám ale gril. Nakúpili sme mäso na grilovanie a zistili sme, že plynová bomba je prázdna. Kontaktovali sme ubytovateľa a ten len že nie je k dispozícii. Žiadna snaha to napraviť. Druhý gril na drevo špinavý tak, že by som tam negrilovala ani pre psa. Takže najprv si zistite, či je gril funkčný (čo si myslím, že by mal byť, keď ho uvádzajú vo vybavení).
Ďalšie mínus poplatok za psa - 50 €/2 noci za 6kilového psíka a okrem toho sme platili aj klasicky za upratovanie 50 €.
Bazén vyhrievaný, ale voda nemala viac ako 25 stupnov. Potom sa už pokazilo počasie, tak sme to uz neriesili.
Ubytovanie sa nachádza pri frekventovanej ceste. Je to nepríjemné hlavne večer, keď chcete spať pri otvorenom okne.

The gas grill is not even mentioned in the advertisement on your site; the gas grill was a bonus, but somehow someone managed to break it, so they were informed that it was not available, and not because the gas bottle was empty. We told them this verbally when handing over the house.
Regarding how the lady describes the "Second wood grill dirty enough that I wouldn’t even grill for my dog there," we respond that if they hadn’t used it, they wouldn’t have had a reason to use two open bags of charcoal (which they took without our permission and didn’t even ask if they could, it was left in the garage). One cannot expect a grill that is used continuously to look like new in a store.

The dog fee is stated in the advertisement and was also included in the offer they received by email. We believe that if someone disagrees, they should not stay and should look for accommodation that suits them. We disinfect the entire space after visits with dogs; not every owner has a well-socialized dog. Then we find hair in the couch, in the bed, just like in this case. And then we spent 3 days cleaning the pool filters because of hair.

We cleaned the pool two hours before their arrival, measured chlorine and water pH, filled it up. We know the pool was in perfect condition and the water was 28 degrees. Guests who came after this lady called us about how the pool technology works, and we set it to the correct values remotely together. We don’t understand why they didn’t call about the water temperature problem when they called about the gas grill. The water probably wasn’t that cold since we were 30m away until Sunday 17.08 and could hear children swimming. Maybe the lady confused it with the hot tub, where the water temperature is higher.

We regret this, but we cannot change it. So far, this lady is the first to complain; we accept it. But if you look at our reviews, no one has ever even mentioned it.
During the entire rental period, we had no problems with anyone and always accommodated everyone; the phone is available 24/7.
Lastly, we would like to point out that at the beginning there was a problem with payment, which should be on the account before arrival. They wanted it on an invoice because of a recreational voucher. In this case, it was not only not in the account but also unpaid. And they left the house with lights on everywhere – living room, rooms (at 10:30!!!). Strange that the lady did not mention this in her review.
P.S. And right after moving out, the lady sent us a message on WhatsApp saying «Super. And thank you very much for the lovely stay, we had a wonderful time with you»
Maybe something happened on the way home. We understand))) weather changes, moods, etc.

Plynový gril nie je ani spomenutý v inzeráte na vašej stránke, plynový gril bol ako bonus, ale nejakým spôsobom sa ho niekomu podarilo pokaziť tak boli upozornení, že ten nie je k dispozícii a nie preto že je plynová fľaša prázdna. To sme povedali im ustne pri odovzdani domu.
Ako pani opisuje ,, Druhý gril na drevo špinavý tak, že by som tam negrilovala ani pre psa,, zareagujeme asi tak, že keby negrilovali tak by nemali dôvod minúť dve otvorené vrecka dreveného uhlia, (ktori oni zobrali bez nášho povolenia ani sa neopytali ci mozu to brat, bolo nechane v garazi) nemôže si myslieť, že gril ktorý sa používa nepretržite bude vyzerať stále ako nový v predajni.

Poplatok za psa je uvedený v inzeráte a rovnako bol uvedený v ponuke ktorú dostali mailom. Myslime si, že ak nesúhlasím tak sa nepojdem ubytovať a hľadám si pobyt ktorý mi vyhovuje. Dezinfikujeme celý priestor po návštevách so psíkmi, nie každý majiteľ má psa socializovaného, potom máme srsť v sedačke, v posteli, presne ako aj v tomto prípade. A potom 3 dni sme cistili filtry bazena kvoli chlpom.

Bazén sme čistili dve hodiny pred ich príchodom, merali sme chlor, ph vody, dopustili sme vodu, vieme že ten bazén bol v úplnom poriadku a voda mala 28 stupňov. Hostia ktorí prišli na pobyt po tejto pani, tak nám volali ako funguje technológia bazénu a na diaľku sme to spoločne nastavili na hodnoty aké majú byť. Nerozumieme prečo nezavolali, že majú problém s teplotou vody, keď volali za plynový gril. Voda asi nebola tak veľmi studená, lebo sme boli 30m vedľa až do nedele 17.08. a bolo počuť ako sa deti kúpali. Možno si to pani pomýlila s vírivkou, kde je teplota vody vyššia.

toto nás mrzí, ale zmeniť to nevieme, zatiaľ je pani prvá komu to vadi, akceptujeme. Ale ak pozret nase recenzie tak nikto o tom nikdy ani spomenul.
Za celú dobu prenájmu sme nemali s nikým problém a vždy sme každému vyšli v ústrety, telefón je k dispozícii 24/7.
Poslednou vetou by sme ešte radi upozornili, že už na začiatku bol problém s platbou ktorá má byť na účte pred nástupom na pobyt, chceli to na faktúru kvoli rekreacnemu poukazu. V tomto prípade nie že nebola na účte, ale nebola ani uhradená. A nechali dom zo zapnutym svetlom vsade – obyvacka, izby (o 10.30!!!!). Divne preco pani nespomenula vo svojej recenzii.
P.S. A pri tom vsetkom hned pio vystahovani pani nam na WhatsApp posielala spravu «Super. A dakujeme pekne za krasny pobyt, bolo nam u vas paradne»
asi sa nieco stale po ceste domov. Rozumeme)))zmena pocasia, nalady atd.
