The modern wooden house, opened only in December 2021 to make your time in popular Liptov more pleasant, has 3 floors with a lower, separate apartment and two upper interconnected floors. The lower apartment has a bedroom with one double and two single beds and a private bathroom with a toilet. Living area connected to the kitchen and a sofa bed with a full mattress for 2 people. The atmosphere is completed by modern fireplaces. Next to the apartment there is a utility room, which is used as a ski storage room in winter and as a bicycle storage room in summer.

The middle floor is the main floor and consists of a large living area connected to the kitchen with a dining table, of course again with modern fireplaces with great features. The hall with a separate toilet separates the living area from the bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with toilet. From both rooms there is an exit to the large balcony, from which there are beautiful views of the foothills of the Western Tatras or the meadow and the forest under the wooden house.

In the attic, there is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and the largest bedroom with two double beds and another single bed, which can be converted into a double bed. The room is ideal for accommodating a larger number of children or a larger family. In the attic you also have 2 tasteful separate bathrooms with toilet. The building has fully equipped kitchens from all kinds of tools for cooking, eating and drinking of various kinds, so you do not have to carry even just wine glasses. There is also a Dolce Gusto coffee machine on the middle floor, and a downstairs coffee maker in the lower apartment.

In the exterior there is a large terrace with seating and two large parasols, a cauldron for cooking goulash, a fireplace and a barbecue. You can also play sports on the spacious meadow below the building with a view of the Western Tatras, while the children have fun on a slide with a swing. We built the wooden house from quality materials, for ourselves, so we hope that our visitors will approach it as their own and we will be able to meet in it for a long time. :)

In the vicinity you will take a trip to the Demänovské Caves, the Tarzania rope park or take a bobsled run in Pavčina Lehota. In winter you can go skiing in the resort Jasná Chopok or Ski Žiarce and on the contrary in summer you can relax by the waters of Liptovská Mary or in the aquapark Tatralandia.
