The cottage is located in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of the village, off the road, at the end of a path on a meadow by the forest. It has retained its original romantic charm to this day and, thanks to renovations, offers a comfortable place for relaxation and rest.\n\nInside, it offers 22 beds in 5 bedrooms, a panoramic common room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary equipment. You can relax by the fireplace or in the glazed winter garden, where there is also a children's playroom. You can also enjoy a game of table football. WiFi is available throughout the cottage. In the wellness area, you can relax your body in the Finnish sauna or get a massage in the hot tub. The beauties of the surrounding landscape can be admired from the terrace seating area. Starting winter 2027, a multifunctional sports hall will also be available, featuring pull-up bars, TRX, climbing bars, mirrors, table tennis, and a large projection screen for group workouts, entertainment, and movie nights.\n\nYou can also use the large garden with a children's playground equipped with swings, trampoline, slide, climbing wall, sandbox, and a wooden playhouse, or a grassy area with football goalposts. For social gatherings with friends, there is a fire pit with benches or a covered seating area under a pergola with a grill and views of the surrounding forests and meadows.\n\nFor refreshment, fun, or cooling off after the sauna, you can enjoy the outdoor pond with a children's paddling pool.\n\nCyclists can set off directly from the cottage onto marked cycling routes through the Jizera Mountains, which are accessible after 500 meters. The cycling trails in the Jizera Mountains are perfectly maintained, running along paved forest paths leading to beautiful tourist spots, streams, and reservoirs suitable for swimming.\n\nIf you are planning a winter stay, the cottage’s location offers everything you expect from winter. It lies in a strategic spot between ski resorts, on a meadow suitable for sledding, and close to cross-country skiing trails. You can reach ski slopes such as the Skiarea Zlatá Olešnice 675 meters away, featuring blue and red runs with artificial snow, evening skiing, and a ski school for children.\nMore advanced skiers can use the Ski region, which unites eight ski resorts in the area under one ski pass. This includes the ALPINE PRO area Rejdice, 3 km away, with a chairlift and snow park, and the Ski area U Čápa, 5 km away, featuring the Járy Cimrmana Lighthouse. The Paseky nad Jizerou Ski area, with two four-seat chairlifts and nine kilometers of slopes, is 9 km away. The Ski region also includes the Horní Domky area in Rokytnice nad Jizerou.\nCross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the maintained trails (the start is 5 km from the cottage) that pass through a protected landscape area. Those who enjoy sledding can stay right on the slope by the cottage, where there is only white snow and no salted roads. For your comfort, the rooms have electric underfloor heating, and there is a boot dryer in the ski storage room.\n\nFor your peace of mind, the owner or any other persons are not present in the cottage; it is just for you.
