Mountain Villas Poľana have four separate villas available, in which modern apartments are prepared for guests. The modern design of the villas and the comfortable furnishings of the apartments are an ideal place for your vacation. They are equipped with an electronic locking and coding system. There is a Tchibo capsule coffee machine in all apartments and studios. We can also prepare a cot for you on request.

The two-bedroom apartment with a fireplace consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub, a hallway and a private smaller terrace with a table and a bench for sitting. For families with children or groups, it is possible to connect two apartments. The apartment also has a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a sofa bed in one bedroom.

The DeLuxe apartment for 6 people has three separate bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and the possibility of an extra bed (sofa bed), a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a private terrace with a seating area. This apartment is a mezzanine. The apartment has a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The duplex apartment has a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The second open bedroom is upstairs and is reached by steeper stairs. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and its own spacious terrace. It can accommodate 2 or 3 to 5 people.

The family studio (Family suite) on the ground floor has its own terrace. It has two rooms, one room has a kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a double bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a seating area. This studio has a bathroom with a shower and 2 x toilets. Equipment: refrigerator, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave.

The studio for 2 people is on the ground floor and does not have its own terrace. The studio has a small kitchenette with a table for 2 people and a hallway. The bathroom has a shower. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed, a seating area and a TV. Equipment: refrigerator, electric double stove, microwave and electric kettle.

All apartments have their own parking space directly next to the villas. There is a ski room with a ski boot dryer in the area or in the summer it also serves as a wet shoe dryer and bicycle storage.

Mountain villas Poľana are located only 150 meters from the Hrebienok funicular station and 120 meters from the Jakubkova Lúka ski area in the village of Horný Smokovec, in the Prešov Region, Poprad District. The location is attractive for active people throughout the year. You can go hiking, to mountain huts and lakes or waterfalls. You can walk around Štrbské pleso or discover the beauties of Belianska Cave. For rest and relaxation, the Aqua City Poprad aquapark will serve you. Families with children can visit Tricklandia and Dinopark or have fun on the bobsleigh track. In winter, you can also ski in Tatranská Lomnica or Štrbské Pleso. About 400 m from the villas is Jakubkova lúka - ideal for skiing for small children and beginners.
