We offer 100% privacy for groups of up to 20 people – the entire chalet is rented to a single client, so you won’t meet any strangers. Each room has its own bathroom, there is a common room, fully equipped kitchen, and a gazebo with a grill. You can also enjoy the facilities of our Jánošíkov Dvor resort (only 1 km away) – traditional restaurant, wellness with saunas and hot tubs, and Adventure golf.
What program would you recommend to your guests in case of rain?
Rain won’t spoil your plans here – at the cottage you can enjoy board games or a good movie in the spacious common room, or head to our partner resort Jánošíkov dvor (just 1 km) to warm up in whirlpools and saunas while enjoying honest food. In the wider area, we recommend visiting Orava Castle, the Orava Village Museum in Zuberec, or spending a full day at the indoor water park AquaRelax in Dolný Kubín.

The location in Zázrivá is perfect for a varied program year-round – you can set out on hiking or cycling tours in Mala Fatra directly from the cottage, or enjoy walks to Jánošík’s holes and Veľký Rozsutec. Just 1 km from the property at the Jánošíkov dvor resort awaits Adventure golf, traditional cuisine, and wellness with saunas and whirlpools. In winter, you’ll appreciate the nearby Ski Kozinec ski resort right in Zázrivá or the Vrátna Valley and Kubínska hoľa, while all year round we recommend tasting the true Zázrivá korbáčiky cheese and visiting Orava Castle.

Right at Korbáčikovo, children have a grassy area for football and various outdoor games, and inside the cottage, you can borrow fun board games. Just 1 km away at Jánošíkov dvor resort, they can enjoy popular Adventure golf and a playground. In Zázrivá and the surroundings, we recommend visiting the Rescue Station for injured animals, shepherd’s huts with animals, an easy route through Dolné diery, or a ride on the Orava forest railway, while the AquaRelax water park in Dolný Kubín offers a great all-day experience.
How far is the Korbáčikovo from the nearest swimming spot?
The closest water relaxation and wellness (saunas and whirlpools) can be found just 1 km from the cottage at our partner resort Jánošíkov dvor. If you’re looking for swimming and pools, the year-round indoor aquapark AquaRelax Dolný Kubín is about 22 km away (approx. 25 minutes by car). Known thermal parks and swimming areas are also within reach – like the Bešeňová Water Park (about 40 km) or Lúčky Spa (about 35 km).
How far is the NAZOVUBOTOVANIA from the ski slope?
The nearest ski resort Ski Kozinec is located directly in Zázrivá, only about 5 km (approx. 8 minutes by car) from the cottage and is ideal for families with children as well as recreational skiers. Also within convenient reach are larger popular resorts – Vrátna Malá Fatra (Paseky about 15 km) and Kubínska hoľa near Dolný Kubín (about 25 km), offering a wide selection of groomed slopes, modern lifts, ski schools, and complete services.

Check-in is easy, flexible, and completely self-service – you will pick up the keys directly on-site via a keybox, for which we will send you the code in advance. The stay price includes accommodation only, but all additional services (such as breakfast, dinner, or wellness access) can conveniently be purchased at our partner resort Jánošíkov dvor (just 1 km away). If you have any questions or need assistance, Jánošíkov dvor reception is available daily from 8:00 to 20:00.

Can I drive directly to the accommodation in case of bad weather?
Yes, the access road is maintained year-round and you can comfortably park right at the property. Just approach the last meters before the entrance more slowly for a smooth arrival. In winter, as everywhere in the mountains, normal caution and standard winter equipment are sufficient.
