How does it work when checking in?
After confirming the reservation, guests will receive an accommodation voucher from us with instructions regarding arrival, reception opening hours, and a mobile hotel app for registration. Guests will receive a digital mobile key and instructions on how to check-in outside reception hours. If guests arrive during open reception hours, we accommodate them personally.
When and how is accommodation paid for?
Accommodation must be paid in advance, either by credit card guarantee or by online payment with a credit card. Additional services such as breakfast, based on the order and reservation confirmation at least 1 day in advance and no later than 6:00 PM, are also paid online or, by arrangement, at the hotel reception.
