To celebrate the 150 - th anniversary of the birth Andrej Kmet was founded in 1991 in Bzenica his memorial room. This year has also been made available and its biographical exhibition, located in the former school building. In the middle of the village is a monument Andrej Kmet, which was unveiled in 1993. In the same year, the village was awarded a commemorative medal and Andrej Kmet. His birthplace was in 1963 declared a cultural monument.
