When we met during shared breakfasts, its members were obviously satisfied, as were we, who sat nearby. We even witnessed them receiving a pie as a courtesy. Their behavior changed only at the end of the stay. Later we understood why, as we were also there at their farewell. After they left, the owner was unhappy with their conduct because they apparently didn't want to pay or wanted a discount since they suddenly were dissatisfied, despite many of them wanting to extend their stay. Due to these payment problems, the owner refused to provide them with further accommodation - and I don't blame her. I consider this strange behavior purely purposeful from this 'odd' group and their 'leader' who directed them. No one probably could please them. I consider the guesthouse and surroundings to fully meet the advertised amenities, and the staff's approach and friendliness to be exceptional. Unfortunately, the rating downside is people who try to damage (see many online discussions). I wish the guesthouse to avoid such guests.
I have nothing to be disappointed with or that does not match the photos and description of the place. Everything in order. I am definitely satisfied.
The church with the altar and nearby all hiking trails with waterfalls and ladders. Kráľova hoľa (even though it is farther away) as well as relaxation in Vrbové.
See the municipality, also it is quite close to the High Tatras. The list would be probably long. The illuminated Spiš Castle was also great. We come back regularly and there is always something to admire.
Original (Czech): Dobrý den. Zkušennost výborná po všech směrech. Byli jsme v termínu s níže uvedenou skupinou a všechno bylo "trochu" jinak. Když jsme se potkali při společných snídaních byli její členové evidentně spokojeni, stejně jako my, co seděli opodál. Byli jsme i svědky, kdy dostali koláč jako pozornost. Jejich chování se změnilo až na konci pobytu. Následně jsme pochopili proč, byli jsme i při jejich loučení. Majitelka po jejich odjezdu z jejich jednání byla nešťastná, protože prý nechtěli zaplatit, nebo chtěli slevu, protože najednou nebyli spokojeni a to i přes to, že si velká část z nich chtěla prodloužit pobyt. Právě pro tyto problémy se zaplacením smluvené částky jim majitelka další ubytování neposkytla - nedivím se. Toto podivné jednání považuji za čistě účelové od této ´podivné´ skupinky a jejich ´šéfa´, který tomu velel. Nezavděčil by se jim asi nikdo. Penzion a okolí považuji za naprosto odpovídající avizovanému vybavení a jednání a vstřícnost personálu za nadstandardní. Nevýhodou hodnocení jsou bohužel i tací, kteří se snaží poškodit (viz. kdejaká internetová diskuze). Přeji penzionu, aby se mu takoví hosté vyhýbali.
Nemám nic, co by mě zklamalo nebo neodpovídalo fotografiíím a popisu objektu. Vše v pořádku. Za mě určitě spokojenost.
Kostel s oltářem a v okolívšechny turistické trasy s vodopády a žebříky. Králova hola (i když je dál)stejně jako relaxaci ve Vrbově.
Viz obec, navíc je poměrně blízko k Vysokým Tatrám. Výpis by asi byl na dlouho. Nasvícený Spišský hrad byl také super. Vracíme se pravidelně a je stále co obdivovat.

Wi-Fi didn't work, there was a storm before we arrived and their router broke, but after 3 days it was running again.

Original (Slovak): V dřevěnici patřící k tomuto penzionu jsme strávili několik dní. Na první pohled se nám penzion líbil, okolí bylo upravené - altán, ohniště, hřiště, posekaná tráva.
Bohužel uvnitř vše vypadalo jinak. Prach, propadlé postele, rozbité prkénko na záchodě, žádné úložné prostory. Přístup majitelky velmi špatný, vše slíbí, nic není problém, ale nic nedodrží. Kvalita jídla neodpovídá ceně, ke snídani jsme dostali plesnivé prošlé máslo a když jsme si stěžovali paní majitelka nás z ubytování vyhodila a pokusila se nám naúčtovat víc.
Kvalita rozhodně neodpovídá ceně, vyhněte se obloukem. V okolí najdete mnohem lepší a levnější ubytování.

In the bathroom, hair elastic with hairs on the shower from previous guests. Yuck! Breakfast for 4.50€ only includes tea, coffee costs extra! Breakfast is poor. They don’t even have plain butter, only margarine. One breakfast had only cold cuts, eggs, and a bit of vegetables, with sand in the salad and potato salad on the side. Simply a total disaster. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Ubytování ve zděné části velmi zanedbané, neudržované, špinavé. Na sedačce nehty, děravé povlečení, všude prach a drobky. V koupelně na sprše gumička i s vlasy po předchozích hostech. Fuj! Snídaně za 4.50€ kde dostanete pouze čaj a kafe si musíte platit navíc! Snídaně ubohé. Nemají ani obyčejné máslo, pouze margarin. Jedna snídaně pouze uzeniny, vajíčko a trocha zeleniny, kdy v salátu je plno písku, a bramborový salát k tomu. Prostě tragédie se vším všudy. NEDOPORUČUJI!
