What makes your accommodation special? Why should a potential guest choose your accommodation?
The guesthouse is completely closed only for our guests. There is a swimming pool, sandpit, all seating in the area - by the pool, under the pergola, in the garden.
There is also free parking and use of the bicycle shed.
In the back of the garden you can rent grills. There is also an outdoor bar by the pool, where guests serve themselves - a coffee machine, beer, soda, sweets, soft drinks. Possibility to make your own breakfast, dinner, snacks... (free use of refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stove, glasses... and other dishes).
Only breakfast can be ordered upon arrival at the reception for 180,- CZK per person and is paid only in cash. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet from 8.00 to 9.30 am.
The nearest restaurant is a 2-minute walk from us.

The surroundings of the pension are suitable for hiking, cycling and swimming in the 1 km away municipal swimming pool. The environment is perfect for wandering through the Podyjí National Park, the Šobes vineyards (located on the Greevways international cycling route).
Take the opportunity to visit wine cellars and vineyards. The region is rich in historical monuments (e.g. Znojmo Castle or Louka Monastery).
