Podbrdská cottage

! New feature - we have launched a beautiful large outdoor Finnish sauna!\n\nNewly renovated cottage on the edge of the Brdy forests for up to 22 people with a covered pool, new Finnish sauna, and a large common room for 22 people. \n\nCompletely renovated building is located 50 meters from the forest and invites you to hiking, cycling trips, and mushroom picking (the forest is famous as a mushroom paradise). Come to relax with us and enjoy the surrounding pristine nature.\n\nDuring the summer holidays, we offer weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday); outside the season, we also welcome you for weekend or short stays.\n\nThere are 2 apartments with separate entrances and the guesthouse offers accommodation for up to 20 (22) visitors in five bedrooms. A major advantage of our cottage is the stylish common room with a kitchen (tap), seating for up to 22 people (always included in the rental price), and covered outdoor seating with three large tables and a new grill. You can also look forward to an above-standard covered private saltwater pool, 7.5 meters long (for a fee).\n\nYou can cook in fully equipped kitchens either in the apartments or in the common room. Available facilities include an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, large refrigerator with freezer, and plenty of dishes.\n\nIn the common room, you’ll find darts, a tap (for a fee), and in the garden, you can play pétanque – we even have a set for children. When children get bored of playing, they can build a castle in the sandbox, use the children's house with a slide and swings, or visit the new playground in the village (just 50 meters from the house). In bad weather, you can organize a ping pong tournament; the cottage has a professional table under a pergola. You can also jump on a giant Marimex trampoline with internal protective netting.\n\nAll bedding, towels, and bath towels are always prepared on-site, along with a gas grill, firewood for the fireplace and fire pit. There are a total of 5 bathrooms (4 indoor, one outdoor), 2 washing machines, dryer, 5 bedrooms (whole cottage), 3 living rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens in the apartments, and a large common room with darts and kitchen. There is a spacious garden pergola + terraces for each apartment, parking in the courtyard and in front of the house, and covered ping pong. In the common room, there is a Tassimo capsule coffee machine, and capsules are available for purchase. For a fee, we can rent out the tap (and arrange kegs) or lend a Thermomix TM6. The entire garden is fenced, allowing free movement for children and pets.\n\nBaby cots, high chairs, and a toy corner are a matter of course.\n\nWe look forward to seeing you!\n
