Object description
The private house at Martuly is built in the back yard and is a holiday house offering year-round accommodation for up to 11 people. The renovated house is suitable for short-term accommodation for families and tourists or for long-term accommodation for companies and workers. The building consists of two apartments with free wifi throughout the building. In the summer you will enjoy a garden gazebo, seating, a goulash kettle and a portable gas grill. There is parking for 2 cars in the yard of the building. Parking is also in front of the owners' house.
U Martuly is a family accommodation in the village of Štiavnička, which is located only 3 km from the district town of Ružomberok. We recommend hiking and cycling to the Veľká Fatra, the Low Tatras and the Chočské vrchy. You can relax in Bešeňová, Aquapark Tatralandia or in the Lúčky spa. Liptovská Mara or the unique Vlkolínec are also nearby. In winter you can ski on the slopes of the Ski Malinô Brdo ski resort. In the summer, this area is used as a bike park.
