We arrived for the stay and found out that they had no place for us, despite having booked directly through their site, where we subsequently received an email about the order, and even the reserved apartment disappeared from their offer. On-site, the staff contacted us by phone with an arrogant owner who told us that a travel-savvy person first verifies the booking by phone. I tried calling both numbers for 2 days, but no one answered. They supposedly have illnesses... and the email is obviously sent automatically. Only during communication at the accommodation was we delivered an email stating that the stay is possible for two nights only, not three as we ordered, which was unacceptable to us.
