In our well-known Horehronie there is a village called Polomka, which offers you a family wooden house. The capacity of the facility is 11 people, so it is suitable for families, but also for a group of friends. The wooden house has 4 rooms - 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with a double bed and one extra bed, 1 room with two double beds and 1 room with two single beds. For your youngest children, there is an extra bed enclosed on both sides, as well as two cots and a high chair. There are also a lot of toys for children. One of the rooms is equipped as a children's room and can sleep 4 children. Of course, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a common room, where you can comfortably sit on a large sofa, armchair and Tuli bag and enjoy moments with your loved ones. The wooden house also offers you a spacious terrace with a kitchenette, where there is a grill and a pot for goulash, which you will appreciate especially in the summer months. Of course, there is a bathroom and two separate toilets, and from the shower you will have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The yard is large enough for children and you will also find a playground and a garden swing. On the other hand, in winter you can warm up by the family fireplace located in the common room. Winter will definitely not be for you, as the wooden house is completely equipped with underfloor heating. The wooden house also offers bicycle and sled rental.

The cozy wooden house in Polomka is located in the bosom of the Low Tatras, directly below the Homôlka mountain, where you can enjoy nature and relax from the noise of the big city. It has a beautiful view of the village, the ski lift, the surrounding hills and Kráľová Hoľa. Skiers will find their place, because the Polomka Bučník ski resort is only 5 minutes by car from the chalet, but you can also visit the resorts on Chopok, in Čertovice, Táľy or in Mýto pod Ďumbierom. For lovers of tourism, there are many hiking and cycling trails, and in the surrounding area there are caves, a lookout tower, horseback riding, a forestry open-air museum, an old dam and many other activities in the Low Tatras National Park. For athletes, there is a tennis court, an inline skating track and a football pitch in the village. From the chalet, it is a few minutes to the municipal bakery, grocery store, restaurant or café with a bar. For lovers of passive relaxation, there is a wellness center in the Bystrá hotel, or in Predá Hora, only 25 minutes away, or a swimming pool and sauna in the neighboring village of Závadka nad Hronom. As you can see, the great location of the wooden house will appeal to everyone, both adults and children, as well as active tourists or those looking for relaxation and a moment of peace for themselves.
