We stayed at Vila Ema this weekend. The weather outside was cold, and it was cold inside the apartment as well. The radiators were cold. Especially in the evening while watching TV, we felt cold. We didn't want to go to the landlord ourselves because he does not live on the premises, and we didn't have the courage to go to the neighboring house. No one showed any concern for our comfort.
