The comfortable and modernly furnished Villa Valča is very popular with its guests, as evidenced by the numerous positive reviews on this page. With an accommodation capacity of 13 guests, it consists of three spacious four-bed rooms on the first floor, each of which has a TV, work desk and private bathroom with toilet and shower. The common areas on the ground floor include two separate toilets and a spacious living area with a plasma TV, a home cinema, a stylish brick French fireplace and an elegant sofa set. This part is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, bar counter, fridge, electric oven and stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster and dishwasher. Wifi connection to the Internet and central heating with a gas condensing boiler are a matter of course.
During your stay, you can relax directly in the building with a separate wellness area, the entrance to which is already included in the price of accommodation. You will find an indoor pool with a length of 9 meters, a Jacuzzi whirlpool for 6 people, a wooden Finnish sauna for 6 people, a cooling shower and a relaxation area with sunbeds. At the same time, the villa is surrounded by a large fenced plot with an area of 2000 square meters, which includes a wooden gazebo with a grill and seating and 5 parking spaces. Sports-minded guests will appreciate their own tennis court, basketball hoop, soccer goals and table tennis. You can stay with a small breed dog for free and upon agreement with the owner. You can eat excellently in the neighboring building called Pohostinstvo Hrádok.

Villa Valča is situated in a pleasant and peaceful environment of a forest park on the edge of the village of the same name in the Martin district and in the picturesque area of the Turčianská kotlina and Veľká Fatra. So you have the Snowland Valčianska dolina ski resort at your fingertips, and if you are interested, you can also go to the Winterpark Martinky and Jasenská dolina resorts. The Blatnická and Gaderská valleys or the Tlstá, Drieňok, Lysec, Borisov and Minčol hills offer tourist attractions. You will also come across several castle ruins, such as the Zniev and Blatnica castles. The Museum of the Slovak Village open-air museum, Memorial Gymnasium in Kláštor pod Znievom and Via ferrata Martinské hole are also worth a visit in the vicinity.
