Translated: At least write the truth when explaining why I came here and don’t mislead people with lies. You know well what I’m talking about, but okay, I’ll describe the whole situation to set the record straight. There was no problem accessing the cabin by car. The fact that someone wasn’t prepared for the mountains despite being warned that chains were necessary because of snow and freezing rain isn’t the cabin’s location fault at 800 m elevation but the car owner’s. Behind our cabin, there are 150 cabins; ours is the first from the asphalt road. The asphalt road is 100 meters from the cabin and the last 100 meters is a reinforced road maintained by the municipality as much as possible during snowfall. The cabin is located in the Low Tatras National Park and also within a water source protection zone. Therefore, spreading salt on the road is forbidden. There is, of course, gritting salt in the garage along with shovels (about 5) and a snow shovel; you just have to look better. That water drips through the metal under the boards onto the terrace is new to me, but it happens during rain, which lasted two days and spoiled the gentleman’s holiday. Regarding the whirlpool, yes, after prolonged use, it’s possible that some people with sensitive skin who don’t observe hygiene after using the whirlpool (thorough shower with soap and shampoo) may get a reaction. We change the whirlpool water after each stay, keeping documentation and photos—disinfection, cleaning, and water replacement always after the previous guests leave. On the third afternoon, the guest who wrote the review called saying the heating was off in the cabin. Yes, it was off because someone from the guests switched the thermostat to vacation mode (unauthorized manipulation with the heating system, see house rules). When they couldn’t switch it back, I drove 200 km to check what happened. Upon arrival, all lights were on even in unused rooms, and doors were open. I checked the boiler room and the heat pump. I went upstairs, greeted, and said who I was. I was a bit stunned seeing the common area disrupted and a mess everywhere, but I definitely greeted. I have the right to check the cabin in case of malfunction, as stated in the accommodation rules. There were two women, a man, and I think two children. Of course, I said who I was and why I came, definitely not to scare women and children as the complainant wrote; I’m neither a thief nor a vagabond. I kindly ask the person who posted this review not to manipulate the cabin’s furniture and heating system again (see accommodation rules). If two fully equipped kitchens with appliances and dishes for 30 people are not enough, find another cabin. Just my defense so everyone can judge for themselves.
