Apartment Katarina Spania Dolina offers year-round accommodation in an above-standard equipped building. We offer accommodation in a 300-year-old house made of natural stone, which cools pleasantly in summer. The completely renovated building offers accommodation for up to 14 people. The building consists of two apartments. In the lower part there are 2 double rooms and 1 double room with 2 extra beds on the couch. The common room is equipped with an open fireplace, a CD player and a satellite TV. We also have a fully equipped kitchen for guests, which includes an electric double hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The equipment also includes WiFi connection. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. There is a second, separate toilet at the entrance. The second apartment consists of two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed for two people, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. The apartment has a terrace, sun loungers and a large trampoline. There is a barbecue for grilling and there is also a goulash kettle. Parking is secured at the building.

The apartment is located in the mountain village of Špania Dolina, which is sought after by guests mainly due to its mining history. You will find us 5 minutes from the village center. There is also a museum, tennis court, volleyball court and beach volleyball court. You can get to know Horehronie and Veľká Fatra on foot or by bike. 8 km away is Harmanecká Cave. Relax will be provided by the water park in Turčianske Teplice. History lovers are advised to visit Banská Bystrica, 12 km away. In winter it is possible to ski in the ski resort Šachtičky or in Donovaly.
