Cottage U Editky consists of two independent buildings - a cottage and a mobile home, which are located in a beautiful green garden. Between the cottage and the mobile home is a large wooden and spacious gazebo, which provides shade during sunny days and protection from rain during bad weather. In the back of the garden is an open space with seating around the fireplace. In its vicinity there is a playground with a swing and slide for children under 10 years The cottage consists of a front room, where you will find a living room, kitchen and back room with bedrooms. The bedroom has 4 beds. The mobile home also has 4 beds in two bedrooms - 2 beds in the children's room and 2 beds in the bedroom. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. In both buildings you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a restaurant with a children's playground right next to the cottage.

Chalupa U Editky is located in the center of the village Liptovské Matiašovce, which is a link between the regions of Liptov and Orava. Although the cottage is located in the center of the village, behind its gates you find yourself in an oasis of peace, separated from the surrounding environment. The village has an excellent starting position for vacationers who can use the tourist opportunities towards Orava - Western Tatras or Liptov - Low Tatras, Kvačianska valley and Prosiecka valley, Demänovské caves. Stay by the water will be provided only by the Liptovská Mara reservoir, 3 km away, the Bešeňová and Tatralandia aquaparks and the Lúčky spa.
