Regarding cleanliness, it was mostly clean, although when I wiped the sofa or chair with a wet wipe, it was not heavily soiled. The bedding seemed clean and washed. However, regarding cleanliness, I would mention that we experienced an invasion where wasps passed from outside inside and made a nest in the load-bearing beam.
In terms of amenities, I missed having some card/table games. The circuit breaker cabinet was uncovered, but the owner informed me about it when we were staying.
Also, the fridge was quite warm but luckily there was ice in the freezer, so we used it to cool down the temperature so our food for the grill wouldn’t spoil.
There was some coal at the cottage, but it would be ideal to provide information about the type of grill and that you need to bring coal somewhere on the website. Fortunately, I called the owner and got this information.
Overall a great experience and the wasp chasing was an interesting educational activity for me and my wife :-)
All in all, a fair price if the wasp issue is resolved.

Čo sa týka čistoty tak čisté to tam bolo po väčšinou aj keď som prešiel vlhčenou utierkou po sedačke alebo stoličke tak nebola veľmi znečistená. Postelné prádlo vyzeralo byť čisté opraté. Ale v rámci čistoty by som poznamenal, že sme mali inváziu kde zvonku prechádzali do vnútra osi, ktoré si v nosnom tráme urobili hniezdo.
Z hľadiska vybavenosti chýbali mi trocha kartové / stolové hry. Skrinka s ističmi bola odokrytá na čo ma majiteľ ale upozornil keď sme boli ubytovaní.
Takisto chladnička bola dosť teplá ale našťastie v mraziaku bol ľad tak sme ho použíli na zrazenie teploty aby sa nám jedlo na grill nepokazilo.
Nejaké uhlie na chate bolo ale ideálne niekde informáciu o aký grill ide a že treba doniesť uhlie napísať aj niekde na web. Našťastie som majiteľovy volal a tieto informácie som si dopýtal.
Celkovo super zážitok a kynoženie ôs bola pre mňa z manželkou zaujmavá náučná aktivita :-)

For some reason, which he was unable to explain clearly after being asked, he charged us €440 (+€190) for a weekend stay in the summer season (meaning two nights, because according to the newly updated price list, this individual considers a weekend stay to be a varying number of nights, despite the minimum 2-night condition). - Instead, we showed interest in the El Camino property, for which the Montana Residence website lists the price: Weekend (2 nights): price for the entire property: €280, but Mr. Jozef asked for €360, saying the price on the website is without VAT. - Mr. Jozef emphasized that the summer pool would not be available to us because in mid-summer it is not "HOT ENOUGH." Without pointing out the absurdity of this behavior, basic math, current applicable legislation, or VAT on accommodation services, I accepted the offer nevertheless. - He issued us a deposit invoice for €360 with the note that "After the end of accommodation, the final settlement invoice will be issued and sent to you," while nowhere was communicated that the final amount would be higher and by how much. - The very fact that these two luxury properties are not booked shortly before the holiday season says a lot. - After clarifying these exact facts as the reason why I wouldn't pay the invoice, Mr. Jozef mocked my surname as if he suddenly felt the urge to return to kindergarten. So, now you know what caliber you would be supporting by using these services.

- Pán Jozef uvádza cenu za objekt El Niño: "Víkend (2 noci): cena za celý objekt: 250-450€ vyššia cena platí pre vykurovaciu sezónu". Z nejakého dôvodu, ktorý po výzve nebol schopný zrozumiteľne objasniť od nás dvoch pýtal v letnej sezóne 440€ (+190€) za víkendový pobyt (rozumej dve noci, lebo podľa novoaktualizovaného cenníku sa podľa tohto individua víkendovým pobytom môže rozumieť rozličný počet nocí, aj napriek podmienke minimálne 2 noci).
- Namiesto toho sme prejavili záujem o objekt El Camino, u ktorého sa na stránke Montana Residence uvádza cena: Víkend (2 noci): cena za celý objekt: 280€ ale pán Jozef si vypýtal sumu 360€ so slovami, že na stránkach sa uvádza cena bez DPH.
- Pán Jozef zdôraznil, že letný bazén pre nás nebude k dispozícií, lebo uprostred leta nie je "DOSŤ TEPLO". Bez poukazovania na trápnosť jednania, elementárnej matematiky, aktuálne platnej legislatívy či DPH ubytovacích služieb, som ponuku predsa prijal.
- Vystavili nám Zálohovú faktúru na sumu 360€ s dodatkom, že "Po ukončení ubytovania vám bude vystavená a odoslaná konečná vyúčtovacia faktúra." pričom nikde nebolo komunikované, že výsledná suma má byť ešte vyššia a aká vlastne.
- Už len fakt, že obidva tieto luxusné objekty nie sú v dovolenkovej sezóne obsadené tesne pred termínom svedčí o všeličom.
- Po objasnení presne týchto skutočností ako dôvodu, prečo faktúru neuhradím, si pán Jozef robil srandu z môjho priezviska, akoby mal odrazu nutkavú potrebu vrátiť sa do materskej škôlky.
Takže, aby ste vedeli, čo za kaliber by ste týmto podporovali.

Translated: I can have this review deleted since the El Camino cottage is not in the Hauzi.sk portfolio and the stay did not happen, but after consulting with Hauzi SK, we decided to leave this essay as a warning, not by me but by the gentleman involved, who was explained everything on the phone and by email by me and my accountant, including fees and the zero VAT invoice after the stay, and that the pool would only be operational during summer holidays... we agreed on the final price and then a shock. I offered you a beautiful, clean, cozy cottage in a wonderful location... I didn't know who you were... now I would recommend a stay on some mountain... maybe the front one, maybe the back one...
