Chata EXIT

The EXIT cottage is located in the village of Kolonica, in the beautiful surroundings of the Poloniny National Park, which boasts untouched nature and the unique Dark Sky Park. Only here can you observe the Milky Way and thousands of brightly shining stars with the naked eye. Tourists will be delighted by the large number of marked trails, cyclists by the Carpathian Cycle Route. Let yourself be tempted and come and enjoy romance under the stars in the truest sense of the word. The cottage is equipped with a hot tub and a sauna!

The cottage with a total capacity of 21 beds, with its octagonal shape, tries to bring the unconventionality and uniqueness of the region closer. The offer includes activities that promise you a pleasant stay and distraction - we are still working on many more. The interior has a modern kitchen full of quality electrical appliances. Cooking and baking will be made easier with an induction hob, electric oven, kettle, American-style fridge and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils.

The open space is perfectly complemented by a large dining area. The common room also has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and fireplace, which will create a real holiday atmosphere for you on cold days. The seating capacity is suitable for up to 25 people, so it promises enough space for small and medium-sized celebrations. Our karaoke system will liven up your private party, and there is also equipment and chafing dishes for heating food. Buffet tables will give your event a completely different dimension. Up to five bedrooms offer you a night's rest. Single beds, double beds and bunk beds are prepared for you.

One double bedroom (apartment) is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower and toilet and a hydromassage bath with chromotherapy. Other guests have another bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet, to refresh themselves. You can also find superior equipment outdoors. The cottage has a covered outdoor terrace with seating, a large grill, a fireplace and a kettle for cooking goulash. For our youngest guests, we have toys, a cot and a high chair. Older guests can play darts and football in their free time.

Housewives will certainly be pleased with the washing machine with dryer and iron :-) Active athletes will also enjoy a safe place to store bicycles and other sports equipment. And for those who do not have time to rest from work even on vacation, WiFi internet access is available. Relaxation for everyone is offered by a hot tub and a 2-in-1 combined sauna - infrared sauna + Finnish sauna. Staying with a dog is also allowed by arrangement. Free parking for up to 10 vehicles is provided directly at the cottage.

In the vicinity you can go hiking, relax on the water and observe the Perseids. For day trippers, we recommend a visit to the wooden churches in Jalová, Hrabová Roztoka and Ulíč. Cycling enthusiasts can race to the Starina Reservoir, which is the largest reservoir of drinking water not only in Slovakia but also in the whole of Central Europe. Passionate mushroom pickers and fishermen will also find something to their liking.
