Cottage Lipa offers its guests accommodation in four 2-bed rooms with double beds. The cottage also has a large living room with sofa, TV and fireplace. Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric oven, ceramic hob and kettle. There are two bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets. WiFi is available in the building. Outdoors you can sit on the terrace with barbecue or cook goulash in a cauldron. Children will play on the sandpit or with board games. It is possible to park directly at the building.

Cottage Lipa is situated in the village Smrečany, in the district Liptovský Mikuláš. In the village you will see the medieval church of the Sacrifice of the Lord, which dates back to the 13th century. In nearby Liptovský Mikuláš you will have fun throughout the year. You can visit Jánošík's torture chamber, various museums, the Ilusia gallery or the Escape room. During hot summer days, you can bathe in the famous Slovak aquaparks Tatralandia and Gino Paradise Bešeňová or in the Liptovská Mara reservoir. Here you can choose from a variety of water sports and attractions for adults and children to enjoy. During the winter you can enjoy good skiing in the resorts of Jasná, Žiar - Dolinky, Opalisko or Žiarce. You plan year-round hiking to the Tatras, for example to Holý vrch, Baranec, Baníkov, Poludnica, Ďumbier or Chopok. The valleys of Kvačianská and Prosiecká valleys offer beautiful places that are worth a visit and a photograph.
