Free cottage from 7/7/2024. Chata Mária I a Chata Mária II is located in the village Prosiek by the swimming pool and on the mountains. 1 cottage a 2 apartments sleep 23 people (of which 6 are extra beds) in 6 bedrooms (3 bathrooms, 5x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Stay with a dog is not allowed. Outside you will find gazebo, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplace, terrace, garden swing and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: playground, toys, children's chair, baby bed, trampoline, climbing frame, slide, sandbox and children's swing are available. The plot is fenced. Parking is for 6 cars by the object.

You can ski in the ski center Ski resort Liptovský Mikuláš - Iľanovo (20,5 km), the nearest swimming is Tatralandia (10,3 km). Nearby you can see the cave Liskovská jaskyňa (18,9 km) or Castle Liptov Kalameny (9,9 km).

Příjemné, čisté ubytování, pěkné posezení i venkovní vyžití pro děti. Nádherné okolí.

Byli jsme 4 dospělí a 2 děti - občas nám nevyhovovalo spojení wc s koupelnou. Doporučujeme také rozšířit zásobu hrnků na čaj, ale to je maličkost :-)

Czysta, przytulna chata w liptowskim stylu. Bardzo funkcjonalnie urządzona i wyposażona. Niekrępujące dwa pokoje i sprzyjające wspólnemu przebywaniu duża kuchnia, weranda i grill. W kuchni wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania. Dzieci mogą poszaleć w ogrodzie. Dom z charakterem, inny niż seryjne apartamenty. Właściciel miły i konkretny :)

Przytulny, czysty, bardzo przyjemny domek. Tradycyjna architektura pozwala poczuć, że jest się na Liptowie a nie w seryjnym apartamencie w dowolnym miejscu świata. Duża kuchnia, weranda, stół przy grillu zapraszają do spotkań a rozmieszczenie pokoi pozwala na trochę odpoczynku. Dzieci wyszaleją się w ogrodzie. Właściciel świetnie mówi po polsku a poza tym pojawia się tylko przy odbiorze i zdaniu domku.

Naozaj skvelá chata s krásnym pozemkom a okolím. Ideálna na rodinnú dovolenku. Prežili sme tu pekný prázdninový týždeň. Deti si veľmi užili šmýkačku s preliezkou a pieskoviskom. My zase po večeroch grilovanie v altánku. Veľká výhoda je blízkosť atrakcií v okolí – Prosiecka dolina, aquaparky atď. . Majiteľ veľmi milý a ústretový. Ďakujeme a odporúčame všetkým. Karolina

čisté ubytovanie, dobre vybavená kuchynka s dostatočným počtom riadu (hrnce, príbory, poháre, taniere ... ) výborná poloha objektu na výlety - kopec možnosti do 20 km, pekný krb, možnosť grilovať, krásny veľký dvor

ak by boli ubytovaný 7 ľudia - 1 toaleta mi príde málo.

Chata Mária I and Chata Mária II are located in the village of Prosiek, in the beautiful surroundings of Liptov. Chata Mária has capacity for 7 people, and Chata Mária II accommodates a total of 16 people in two identical apartments.

Chata Mária I is rented with a large, grassy and fenced plot. The cottage represents an original Slovak wooden house from the middle of the 20th century, which in 2003 underwent a complex reconstruction into the comfortable form in which we offer it today. The cottage has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a common room with a comfortable corner sofa, with satellite reception and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and two sinks. The cottage also has a glass terrace with seating. Behind the cottage there is a gazebo with seating and the possibility of grilling on the outdoor fireplace. Your children will definitely enjoy the original Jungle Gym slide with sandbox, swing and climbing wall. It is also possible to play badminton, soft tennis and other sports near the cottage.

Chata Mária II is a newly built cottage with two separate apartments. Each apartment has two triple bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps two more people and a TV with satellite reception. The living room also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Of course, there is a bathroom with a toilet and, in addition, one separate toilet. Each apartment has a terrace with seating, which is separated by an opaque wall, so you don't have to worry about your privacy.

Chata Mária I and Chata Mária II are located in the village of Prosiek, which is the gateway to the 4 km long Prosiecka valley - one of the most picturesque valleys of the Chočské vrchy. The village has a strategic location also due to the fact that it is located near the Liptovská Mara reservoir and between the two most visited tourist attractions in Slovakia - Aquapark Tatralandia and Gino Paradise Bešeňová.
