Children under two years stay free of charge, i.e. they are not included in the number of people in the cottage. Object description
Chata Mária I and Chata Mária II are located in the village of Prosiek, in the beautiful surroundings of Liptov. Chata Mária has capacity for 7 people, and Chata Mária II accommodates a total of 16 people in two identical apartments.
Chata Mária I is rented with a large, grassy and fenced plot. The cottage represents an original Slovak wooden house from the middle of the 20th century, which in 2003 underwent a complex reconstruction into the comfortable form in which we offer it today. The cottage has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a common room with a comfortable corner sofa, with satellite reception and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and two sinks. The cottage also has a glass terrace with seating. Behind the cottage there is a gazebo with seating and the possibility of grilling on the outdoor fireplace. Your children will definitely enjoy the original Jungle Gym slide with sandbox, swing and climbing wall. It is also possible to play badminton, soft tennis and other sports near the cottage.
Chata Mária II is a newly built cottage with two separate apartments. Each apartment has two triple bedrooms. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps two more people and a TV with satellite reception. The living room also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Of course, there is a bathroom with a toilet and, in addition, one separate toilet. Each apartment has a terrace with seating, which is separated by an opaque wall, so you don't have to worry about your privacy.
Chata Mária I and Chata Mária II are located in the village of Prosiek, which is the gateway to the 4 km long Prosiecka valley - one of the most picturesque valleys of the Chočské vrchy. The village has a strategic location also due to the fact that it is located near the Liptovská Mara reservoir and between the two most visited tourist attractions in Slovakia - Aquapark Tatralandia and Gino Paradise Bešeňová.
