The Pekný les cottage is located on the edge of the village of Horné Hámre, near the forest and by the stream, right in the Pekný les experience area. During the weekends from May to September, the complex is open to the public and offers a rich animation program and various events depending on the date. We recommend following the Pekný les profile on Instagram or Facebook and booking your stay during one of the events such as: Firefighters at Hámroš, Hámroš raccoon, Beekeepers in the Pekný les, Veterans' Gathering, Wandering cinema + tent, Water day, Clown performance and others . 😍

The cottage is located directly in the Pekný les complex, where during the summer holidays there are various animation activities for families with children, it is also possible to ride on a horse, meet Hámrošek, play badminton, ping pong or billiards. There is a children's playground with a ropeway, which children adore. An educational trail leads above the area, which takes you to the Fotopoint on Smelom vrch. We also recommend children's via ferrata Zvonička in Nová Bani, the Zoo in Žarnovica and the Hvedzáren in Žiar nad Hronom.
How far is the Chata Pekný les from the nearest swimming spot? Banská Štiavnica is located nearby, where you can go on a beautiful day trip. We recommend Počúvadlo, Vindšachta and Hornohodrušský tajch.
