The cottage is located directly in the Pekný les area, where during the summer holidays there are various animation activities for families with children on weekends, it is also possible to ride a horse, meet Hámrošek, play badminton, ping pong or billiards. There is a children's playground with a ropeway, which children adore. An educational trail leads above the area, which takes you to the Fotopoint on Smelo vrch. We also recommend the children's via ferratas Zvonička in Nová Bána, Zveropark in Žarnovica and Hvezdáreň in Žiar nad Hronom.
