Cottage right in a beautiful and quiet mountain environment. Chata Sofia is located in the recreation area Vitanová - Oravice by the forest and by the stream. 4 rooms a 3 apartments sleep 18 people (of which 1 is an extra bed) in 8 bedrooms (7 bathrooms, 7x WC). Multiple independent groups can be accommodated. Staying with a dog is not allowed. This rental is equipped with bath tub and jacuzzi. Outside you will find hearth, outdoor seating, terrace, kettle, garden swing and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: children's playground, toys, children's chair, climbing wall, slide, sandbox and children's swing are available. Parking is for 6 cars by the object.

Object description
Cottage Sofia is situated in a cottage settlement directly in the beautiful mountain environment of the Western Tatras in Oravice. The accommodation is suitable for families with children. Guests have access to a covered terrace, garden seating, hot tub, fireplace, electric or solid fuel heating. The entire cottage is covered by WiFi. Fully equipped kitchenettes with electric stove with oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
The cottage has double rooms and one triple room, each with its own bathroom, a double and a quadruple apartment with its own kitchenette, bathroom, TV. The cottage also has a common room with a fireplace, TV, small billiards, ping pong, and table tennis. Nearby there is a restaurant 100 m away, a ski resort (seater) 400 m away, Thermalpark Oravice. Possibility to use the ski resorts Vitanová, Roháče-Spálená, Zuberec, Racibor, Kubínska hola and many others. You can visit the nearby aquaparks in Dolny Kubín, Bešeňová and Liptovský Mikuláš.

How does it work when checking in? The day before arrival, you need to arrange your arrival time. Usually, you will be welcomed and checked in by the owner, or the key will be left in a code box by the front door. In that case, you need to call the owner upon arrival, who will then tell you the code for the key box.

Worsened in case of heavy snowfall, melting of the snow layer... for cars with only one axle drive we recommend snow chains.
