Chata Terasa is located in the recreation area of Dolný Kubín. It is only a few meters away from the famous ski park Ski park Kubínska hoľa, where in winter you can ski on several pistes. In the summer, the resort is worth visiting thanks to the zipline attraction, you can rent off-road scooters here or take the cable car to the top of Kubínská holi. Dolný Kubín itself is also worth a visit with its museums, the Colonnade Bridge, the Historic Cemetery and the AquaRelax Dolný Kubín center, where you can relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and wellness center after active days.

The dominant feature of the cottage is a spacious sunny terrace, from three sides of the world, made of solid wood, from which there are wonderful views of the surrounding nature. Covering the terrace allows its use even in winter. The second terrace located in the building fulfills your ideas about all activities in nature: sitting by a kettle stew, a barbecue as we know it from childhood or a barbecue on a direct spit, or a charcoal grill. There is also a smaller electric grill that can be moved to where you will be sitting. There is also a target with darts, a trampoline, petanque balls and badminton rackets. Right next to this terrace is a toilet with a smaller bathroom and a technical room for storing and charging bicycles, skis, etc.

The interior of the cottage consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet, where there is also a shoe dryer. The dominant feature of the cottage's ground floor is the fireplace, whose fire you can watch from the corner sofa, which can be converted into a double bed if necessary. Right next to it is a massive historic dining table with a bench. There is a TV + DVD player in the living room. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, stove and refrigerator. The floor is divided into 2 separate rooms. In one room there is a double bed and 1 single bed. The second room has two single beds plus a sofa bed. The total capacity of the cabin is 5 beds plus 3 extra beds. The entire building is covered by high-speed Internet.
