We used to go there since childhood (about 40 years ago), back then Mr. Vačko Sr. took some care and would come and talk, now the young gentleman doesn't even know how to greet or say goodbye.
As for the cottages, they've not been renovated since they were built decades ago, except for plastic windows (for screens). Seems like they couldn't afford more with the considerable prices they charge!! In the four-person cottage there are 3 plates, I don't even want to talk about cleanliness - cobwebs, dead insects, the shower has smelly water and is in a dilapidated state.
Basically, when someone inherits something they don't care about and just want to make money, shame!!!

Chodievali sme tam od detstva ( pred cca
40 rokmi) vtedy ešte pán Vačko st. sa ako tak staral a prišiel porozprával sa, teraz mladý pán sa nevie nie že pozdraviť ale ani odzdraviť.
Čo sa týka chatiek, tak ako sa postavili tak nič sa tam neobnovili pár desatroči,okrem toho že sú plastové okná, ( na sieťky ) už asi nevydalo za tie nie malé peniaze čo pýtajú !! V štvormiestnej chatke sú 3 taniere, o čistote radšej ani nehovorím - pavučiny, mŕtvy hmyz, sprcha v ktorej tečie smradlava voda v dezolatnom stave.
Asi tak keď to niekto zdedí a nemá k tomu žiadny vzťah, len chce ryžovať , hanba !!!

We left breakfast hungry.. we arrived at the pool at 10:15 and the children’s pool was just beginning to fill... BIG DISAPPOINTMENT FOR BIG MONEY!!!

Z ranajok sme isli hladni.. k bazenu sme prisli o 10,15 a detsky bazen sa este len zacinal napustat... VELKE SKLAMANIE ZA VELKE PENIAZE !!!

Original (Slovak): Páčilo sa nám okolie, atrakcie, jedlo. Sklamaná som z ubytovania, chata slovami mojich detí vyzerala strašidelne. Cena za jednu jednu noc predražená. Za dve dospelé osoby a dve deti do 15 rokov 184€ až moc pardon aj so vstupom na kúpalisko, čo nám platilo 24 hodín. Vôbec za takú cenu nestála.

First of all, we were shocked by the wear and tear of the cottages, in the kitchenette there was only one pot, no knife for cutting, a kettle coated with limescale, and cobwebs around the furniture. Foul water was dripping from the corner. We couldn't enjoy sitting outside on a summer evening because the garden seating was falling apart, with missing slats and rusty iron sticking out. No wonder, as it hadn't been maintained for decades. We expected at least some local vegetables or fruit for breakfast since it's the season and we are in the most agriculturally diverse part of Slovakia. Instead, we were served underripe tomatoes and pepper in a bowl. No cheese and not even clean water in a jug. We came during peak season, and the price was too high for such a service. We will definitely not return. That 400€ for two nights was totally unjustified.

V prvom rade nás zarazila opotrebovanosť chatiek, v kuchynke jeden hrniec, bez noža na krájanie, kanvica s nánosom od vodného kameňa, okolo nábytku pavučiny.Z kokútika tiekla smradlavá voda. Letný večer sme si posedením vonku neužili, pretože záhradné sedenie bolo v rozpadajúcom sa stave, chýbali na ňom latky a trčali hrdzavé železá. Niet divu, keď už niekoľko desťročí nezažili údržbu. Čakali sme na raňajky aspoň nejkú lokálnu zeleninu alebo ovocie keďže je sezóna a nachádzame sa v poľnohospodársky najrozmanitejšej časti slovenska. Čakali nás v miske nedozreté rajčiny a paprika. Žiaden syr a ani len čistá voda v krčahu . Boli sme v hlavnej sezóne, cena bola privysoká na takýto servis. Určite sa tam už nevrátime. Tých 400€ za dve noci tomu vôbec nezodpovedajú.

Ranajky nekvalitne, najlacnejsie co dostat a stale to iste. Chatky v povodnom stave bez znamok rekonstrukcie. Hnile drevene, rozpadnute lavice a nabytok. Tepla vodav chatkach z termalneho pramena bez kontroly a vypustana volne do prostredia.
Takuto zlu skusenost sme s ubytovanim na Slovensku este nemali.
