The house on the lookout offers you cozy accommodation in four apartments with a total capacity of 19 people. Each apartment has a kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and dining table. Beds and extra beds are located in the bedroom or living area with TV. Apartment D has a fireplace and Apartment C has a balcony. Each apartment has a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Apartment A has a shower. Of course there is an internet connection via WiFi throughout the building. There is also a ski storage room and a shelter with outdoor seating and a fireplace for guests. You can park your car directly at the object.

The house on the lookout is part of the beautiful environment of Orava, Orava Highlands, Western Tatras and Roháče. The building is located at the end of a quiet street in the village Zuberec with a view of Roháče. In the village you will visit the Orava Village Museum, the Brest Cave and children will have fun on the Tarzanka Cable Car. The mountainous surroundings offer many opportunities for hiking. You will go to Bobrovecký pliesky, Roháčský waterfall and balls, conquer the Brestová, Spálená, Sivý vrch or Salatín hills. Interesting monuments include Františkova huta, Vodné mlyny Oblazy v Kvačianskej dolina, Gothic wooden church in Tvrdošín inscribed on the UNESCO list and Bobrova raľa. In winter you can ski in the ski resorts Janovky and Milotín, Zverovka - Spálená or Skipark Oravice. Close to it, you can relax at the thermal swimming pool all year round.
