Relax in a small village under the Tatras with opportunities for hiking, cycling trips, skiing, and swimming nearby.

Teta accommodation is located in the small village of Liptovské Beharovce, near Liptovský Mikuláš, only 10 minutes by car, and 25 minutes from the largest ski resort in Slovakia - Jasná. The village is surrounded by meadows and hills of the Western Tatras.

If you are looking for a perfect escape from the daily hustle, countryside tranquility, yet great access to the major attractions of the Low or Western Tatras, we offer you the possibility to rent one or two apartments in the Teta house. Forget crowded hotels and tiny hotel rooms. For your family's maximum comfort, we rent the entire ground floor of the house with over 120 m² exclusively for one group of guests. No strangers, no shared corridors. This entire space belongs only to you and your loved ones. If you want to bring grandparents, friends, or another family, we have a second separate apartment of almost 50 m² available. You can spend your holiday together, but each family will have its own undisturbed private space in the evening.

Every corner is thoughtfully arranged to bring you comfort, the warmth of home, and a bit of our own travel spirit.
The heart of the house is a generous 75 m² living room with a cozy fireplace, where you can enjoy shared moments while your children play in the kids' corner. The house provides privacy, and if you like spending time outdoors, there is a comfortable gazebo perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Apartment 1 is on the ground floor, designed for up to 4 people. This apartment has two rooms (one with a double bed 160x200 and the other with two single beds). The bathroom with toilet is near the apartment entrance. This apartment also has its own small hallway.

For families with up to 5 people, a more spacious apartment (labeled 4) is available upstairs, which, besides a double bed and two single beds, has an extra bed (sofa bed 140x200). Besides a bathroom with a shower, this apartment has another small bathroom (sink and toilet).

A baby crib 120x60 is also available.

Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen and a large common room with a fireplace, TV, and a kids' corner for the little ones.
The dining area of the house has two high chairs for small children.

Outside there is a spacious gazebo with fireplace. It is also possible to rent a cauldron for cooking goulash and a grill (in summer season).

Nearby you can take easy walks or visit the local shepherd's hut.
Mountain biking enthusiasts can explore the area on marked cycling trails.
There is also horseback riding in the village (reservation required).

Within 20km is the largest ski resort in Slovakia – Jasná, which hosts FIS Alpine Ski World Cup events for women. There are 50km of groomed runs of various difficulty levels.
The area also includes designated trails for ski mountaineering.

The High Tatras are only 50 minutes away by car (Štrbské Pleso, Starý Smokovec). You can reach Tatranská Lomnica, also great for skiing, in 1 hour.

We also recommend visiting several caves in the area:
Demänovská Cave of Liberty in Jasná, Bear Mine in Žiarska Valley, Stanišovská Cave in Jánska Valley, Važecká Cave.

Aquapark Tatralandia (10 minutes) and Bešeňová (25 minutes) are open year-round.
In summer, hiking (Tatras) and water sports (Liptovská Mara, 15 minutes) are available.

Two trekking e-bikes are available for rent (for a fee) for guests.
Children's bicycles and scooters for children under 6 years old are free. You can also play badminton and table tennis. Children have outdoor toys (bowling, play kitchen, etc.).

Self check-in/check-out is possible.
The property is non-smoking (including balconies), smoking areas are designated outside.
Pyrotechnics are prohibited on the property (fire hazard).

The included price covers:
municipal accommodation fee (local tax), bedding, towels (1 towel per person), firewood for the fireplace or cauldron, loan of cauldron, grill, cleaning agents (dish soap, abrasive cleaner, sponge, cloths, dishwasher tablets), liquid hand soap, toilet paper.
Standard electricity consumption in the house is included, but for charging electric or hybrid vehicles from regular outlets or using high-consumption appliances like heaters, air conditioning, fitness equipment, etc., electricity beyond the standard limit will be charged a flat fee of 50 EUR/day. Please contact us in advance if EV charging is needed.

A refundable deposit of at least 100 EUR (depending on group size) is required on arrival.
