House Pod lipou accommodates you in a cozy house built in the crown of 150 years old linden. The house is insulated and is open all year round. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with a gas double hob and a living area with a seating area and two additional beds. The pleasant atmosphere in winter is completed by crackling wood in the tiles. The house also has a dry ecological toilet, which is always fragrant and ready for new guests. From the living room you go to the terrace with seating and rocking chair, from where you will have a beautiful view of the hill Choč. If you are interested, you will be provided with breakfast in the breakfast basket in the morning, which you can pull into the house with a rope. We will also provide you with a warm dinner. A bottle of prosecco is also included. We will take you to the house on an off-road vehicle. You can explore the surroundings while riding a horse, which you can book from the owners.

Domček Pod lipou is situated in the village of Veličná, on a ridge above the village, in the district of Dolný Kubín. This environment offers endless walks up the hills and panoramic views. As it is located in Orava, you will find many tourist attractions and interesting places. Visit the town of Dolný Kubín with the colonnade bridge, the historic center and the AquaRelax water park. There is also the famous ski resort Kubínska Hoľa, which in summer turns into a center full of fun. You can try riding on the longest Zipline in Central Europe, rent off-road tricycles, have fun in the Tarzánia rope park and there are also many hiking trails in the Choč Mountains and the Western Tatras. You will go to the highest peak of Orava Choč, which is considered to be the most beautiful viewing hill in Slovakia. An integral part of Orava is the majestic Orava Castle in Oravský Podzámek.
