Under the Kľak mountain stands the 30 m high Kľak Waterfall. The Kľak mountain is the most visited peak of the Lúčanská Malá Fatra. You can enjoy the waterfall even during drier periods, but it becomes truly mighty during heavy rains. In 1996, this waterfall was declared a national natural monument, one of five in Slovakia. You can see rare animal species here, especially aquatic mollusks.
